VERY friendly staff!!! Customer service was wonderful.
I’m giving this a 4 star rating because it’s a small spa with limited amenities. Yes, they do offer steam room and sauna but that it was an additional charge. The use of the jacuzzi is also an additional charge. :-(
I had a facial and massage and was hoping those amenities were included, but was disappointed to find out it was not part of my services.
I came with my family and for a small spa, we had a nice time. I’ve had other spa experiences that are definitely top notch. I would have given it a five star if it were bigger and offered more amenities.
For a spa close to home, I would come back again.

I’ve been here too many times to count and have never been disappointed! I’ve had massages, manis and pedis, makeup, haircut and color, prepped for a wedding (my own), and various other treatments to include a few spa day packages. I recommend the ultimate day package! They make you feel like a queen! The décor is modern, you get complimentary water with infused fruit for a spa appointment. There is a locker area to put your belongings to slip into your comfy robe and slippers for treatment. The rooms are dimly lit with relaxing music. Only thing is you can hear the train sometimes so it throws off your chai a bit but the music usually masks it. On a good day for weather, you can sit on the deck overlooking the Hudson and sip your beverage of choice after your spa appointment. I highly recommend!

My husband and I had excellent massages here with Maryanne. Easy to get here from Beacon and the staff is lovely. Maryanne is a very skilled masseuse and was very attuned to what my body needed. The spa has a wonderful deck looking out over the Hudson River — a perfect peaceful place to sit and read while I waited for my husband! Lovely tea/​coffee/​snacks area to enjoy while you wait. Overall a really wonderful experience.

What an amazing experience. I got a Swedish massage and no words can describe how good it felt. Highly recommended anyone who needs to relax and get a massage to come here. Definitely coming back soon

I was looking for months for a spa package to give to my boyfriend for his birthday. I came across this spa, it was close to our home and offered great packages. I ended up getting the couples escape package (jacuzzi for two, two hour massages, two facials, lunch, and spa pedicures).
From the minute I called to find information out about this package I got nothing but great vibes. They were so helpful and accommodating. We ended up going this past weekend on Sunday. Now keep in mind this is my boyfriends first time ever getting a facial and pedicure. So I was a little nervous he was going to feel uncomfortable, but once we walked in the door they were so nice.
They gave us robes to change into and we started off our couple day with the jacuzzi. I must admit, we would definitely skip the jacuzzi next time. We both just felt that was a little too intimate for a spa for us. The jacuzzi room overlooked the parking lot of the waterfront and it was very outdated with stains of juice on the wall. We didn’t stay in very long considering we both were a little uncomfortable in there.
Then we headed off to our massages. I got the regular Swedish massage and my boyfriend upgraded to a sports deep tissue massage. The two massage therapist who serviced us were OUTSTANDING!!! I had Gwen and my boyfriend had Mair. By far the best massage either of us ever got! We are planning our appointment next month for massages with both Gwen and Mair, ACTUALLY we are planning to get this massage once a month. Highly recommend both Gwen and Mair.
We then received our facials, which again were AMAZING. I apologize I forgot both of their names. I’m suffering with some facial issues and the lady who serviced me gave me amazing tips to help. After the facials we received lunch from The River Grill, which we placed our order upon arriving. We ended with our spa pedicures. Again, this was my boyfriends first time ever getting a pedicure. Once it ended his words were «You have a new partner for pedicures every other week!» He loved it!
I work in the beauty field not only managing an award winning salon in westchester county, I go to beauty school, and my whole family is in the beauty industry. I expected amazing results and I by far got amazing results! They even went as far as putting the gratuity amount on the back of the tip cards for me for each person who serviced us. Which I greatly appreciated considering I didn’t have to sit there and figure it all out for more than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend the Waters Edge Spa. We are very much looking forward to our next time at this Spa.

I’m pretty sure I wrote a review about Waters Edge before. I don’t know what happened to it so here it is again.
My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas for a facial, manicure pedicure, and massage. I was a little apprehensive because I had never gone to a full service spa before and didn’t know how it would be.
Everything was wonderful. The facial was first and very relaxing nice soothing music. It hurt a bit when she starting poking at my clogged pores.
Next was the massage. She asked if I had anything I wanted her to work on I said no. So I got the basic deep (at least if felt like it) massage.
Next the owner gave me a pedicure then my manicure. She couldn’t be nicer. Everyone was very professional and I highly recommend them.

The owner is great. Works very hard at making this place top notch! Since I own a salon myself, Its a great compliment for me to go out of my way to say that this place is worth every penny!

i treated myself to my first ever massage and facial, it was great. The staff was great, and the service was exceptional. I would definitely go again and highly recommend it to others.

My boyfriend treated me to a facial and I enjoyed every minute of it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is pleasing. They didn’t give me an attitude when I arrived late so that was a thumbs up because I thaught they were going to cut into my facial time but they didn’t. The women in that salon were polite, nice and friendly. They get a thumbs up and I’ll be returning shortly.
