Food is expensive. But the customer service is horrible. Disrespectful kids not trained to handle people. Rude and they stood there and laughed all the time and talked amongst each other about other things and did not care about their customers. I called the manager and she assured me she would address the problem.

Tonight was my first visit to the Newburgh location. I came in close to closing time, and was overwhelmed with all the delicious looking options! The two young men and two young women were very kind and patient while I decided. A lovely young girl white blue hair… sorry I forget her name… helped me decide on the pulled pork and the steak and mushroom potatoes. My family and I really enjoyed our visit here and will definitely be going back! Thanks for having such a good place with good food and wonderful staff!

They’re not the best and not the worst. They give you a big potato with plenty of what you ordered inside of it. Its just that the taste of the potatoes has never really impressed me. I tried three different potatoes and was underwelmed every time.

Not sure what the low score is all about. If you are a fan of baked patotoes, this place hits the spot right on. Not cheap but very filling and the baked spud was freshly baked. Loved the variety of Tabasco flavors on they place on the table. Happy to have this eat option in Newburgh. I will be back again. FYI they carry Coke fountain products.

All the other locations are OK, however this one is a running joke of what they will screw up… last 3 times I’ve went in there they mess something up. Even when you tell them they F’ed up last time, they find some other way to screw something up. The food is good when they do get it right, but good lord I dread the idea that one day these people make $ 15/​hr. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other locations, the Newburgh one is full of morons.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I got an order to go and there was a DEAD FLY IN MY SALAD. I have never been so disgusted by a place. Also their customer service sucked before this happened. I wouldn’t have given it any stars.

Food was cold. Had 2 potatoes and 2 drinks cost over $ 20. What a rip off. Plus way too much melted butter. It was like soup. Couldn’t eat most of my food.

My husband and I were happy to see a Spudz and Stuff come to Newburgh. We’ve had it 3 or 4 times now, and each time it’s been quite good. The potatoes are large and the fillings are creative and quality food. I love the brisket potato. My husband is partial to the gyros. It’s a great value and perfect for those times when you just don’t feel like cooking. Healthier than fast food and won’t break the bank.
