After graduating with my Associate in Arts from SUNY Orange I didn’t know what to do with my life. Until this opportunity fell into my lap. A family friend owns the restaurant and wanted new management with fresh ideas and I said sign me up. Now I dedicate my time to this restaurant and making people happy the best way I know how with a full stomach.
