My family can not begin to express our gratitude to the Brooks Funeral home. Linda, Micheal and their staff were so very compassionate and professional during our time of need. Every last detail was seen to properly, prior to us even knowing what needed to be tended to. My sympathies to anyone who must use their business, as they are a funeral home. However, Brooks sets a standard for customer service in business that above the bar.

From the very first phone call we made to Brooks Funeral home, and spoke to Mike about our horrific situation that was the death of our brother, we were immediately helped more than we could imagine and could not be more thankful. Every detail from the removal of our brother’s body to the funeral itself was taken with such great care and compassion. The entire home is so family oriented and made myself and my sisters feel more than comfortable, and honestly, like part of their family. They listened to our needs and fulfilled them more than we could have ever expected. We would like to personally thank Mike for his professionalism and kindness with dealing with the removal of our brother and preparing him for the burial. Thanks to Linda for guiding us through every step– letting us know all of our options, so efficiently and kindly, and treating us like family. Thank you Matt, who dealt with the funeral, saw to it that everything went well. He was exceptional– so nice and comforting to speak to on such a difficult day.
