History

Established in 2004.

Based in the Willamette Wine Country, Custom Cakes in Newberg is a prefered «cakery» for many local venues. Member of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society) WOW (Women of the Willamette) and Wine Country Wedding Professionals. I am a self-​taught sugar artist and baker and have been in the «bakery» for over 28 years. I believe in quality ingredients shining through in the look and taste of your celebration dessert. That’s why I grow my own berries, pumpkin, and herbs used in the tried n’ true scratch recipes. I purchase ingredients from local sources and believe in buying local.
