Breeding Construction provides full service remodeling including planning and design, management, project completion, & cleanup. Services include: Kitchens — Indoor and Outdoor, Bathrooms, Additions, Master Suites, Bonus rooms, Family rooms, Entertainment room, Whole house remodels and Project Management. As a Certified Green Professional (CGP), Tim works with clients to utilize Green technology and practices in their projects. Green practices can be as simple as recycling materials removed during the project, to incorporating solar or wind energy technology. As a Certified Aging-​In-​Place Specialist, Tim is knowledgeable about many items and construction methods that can be included in a remodeling project to allow clients to remain in their homes as they age, or if physical mobility changes. This incorporates wider doorways and hallways, varying counter heights, knee space below sinks and counters, lighting options, and more!

History

Established in 1985.

With over 30 years experience in the construction and building industry in Oregon, Tim is a skilled craftsman who has high standards for workmanship, integrity, and customer service for himself and his employees. This standard is reflected in the service and quality projects Breeding Construction, Inc. provides for each and every customer.

Breeding Construction is also certified in safe and proper removal of lead contaminated paints and surfaces. You can depend on us to provide a safe environment for you and your family during the remodeling stages — every step of the way.

Breeding Construction serves clients throughout the Portland metro area, including Beaverton, Tigard, Gresham, Hillsboro, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Sherwood, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Newberg, McMinnville, Salem, and adjacent counties, as well as Vancouver and the Southwest Washington area.

Tim Breeding, is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Aging-​In-​Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Green Professional (CGP) through the National Association of Home Builders, NAHB.

Tim is also a Trade Ally of EnergyTrust of Oregon and Member of Oregon Remodelers Association ORA.
