Came in with a coworker and were the only people there. Service was very friendly. After waiting 18 minutes for 28pc classics they were overly cooked and dried out. Parmesan garlic lacked any garlic. Just dry and overly crunchy. Coworker also had fries which were good.

I spotted this gem one day leaving school and driving down Rt 21. I stopped in this week to grab some wings. I got a boneless 8 piece meal, 4 classic hot and 4 mild, with parmesan fries. The mild wings i probably would not get again, they were very mild indeed. The classic hot were just the right temperature for me though and i really enjoyed them. Nice white meat inside with a crispy outside. The resturant was very clean and the wait for my wings was about 10 – 15 minutes which makes me think they cook them to order, which is how it should always be done. Not the best I’ve ever had but no complaints honestly. I’ll be back if I’m ever passing and am in the mood; don’t go out of your way though.

My First experience with Wingstops was in California almost 10 years ago and all I can say Is I have nothing but love for the the Wingstops, Even Wingstop in Newark NJ. I know when I place an order and I go to pick up my order I usually had to wait less than 17 minutes and I get a hot bag of delicious foods. PLEASENOTE: THEREFOODISMADEFRESH! NOTSETTINGIN A HEATLAMPLIKEYOURLOCALFASTFOODS, these places are more of a restaurant and very good at what they do, I still love the taste of everything. I always have a favorite and its the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesian, the potatoe salad and the boston bean are delicious and fresh carrots and celery are so good for you or you can enjoy there yummy fries. The staff well greet you when you walk in and the place! is big and clean and always someone there cleaning the tables and its all awesome experience. I am a wingstop Fan, and I recommend this place for your next superbowl! CAUTION: Consumption may cause salt overload! Maybe I got a bad batch? In any way, I must admit their wings are tasty. Any issues I’ve come across were involving the boneless and dry seasoning wings. I ordered the Louisiana Rub. Flavorful … after I shook off the excess seasoning. Again, too salty. The original hot wings were the only ones that were«wet» and they were delicious. Mango Habanero are fire, as in heat! The first bite is amazing and then your mouth starts burning. Either way, you fight through it because you remember how good the first bite was. Garlic Parm is nothing special and the Lemon Pepper at times tastes like you just ingested a spray of Lysol. Service is slow. An order of about 10 wings can easily take about 20 – 30 minutes. What I enjoy the most is the ability to divide an order of 8, 10 or 20 wings into different flavors. Open late, Wingstop naturally is busy even at 11pm.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good our order was. We had the family pack(4 dozen wings — you can choose 4 sauces and style aka traditional wings or boneless). They wings also come with your usual sides — celery and carrots with ranch and blue cheese dressings etc. they sold me on the dinner rolls — which I thought were great although they may be an unusual add on. The price was maybe a little over $ 50 for our whole meal and it was tasty and filling.

Got my order after 1 hour 10 mintues, cold as hell and the order was messed up when I opened it. I live at 1 mintute drive. all wings were cold by the time I reached home. I ordered two flavors but they put one flavour on all wings, nasty service, no regard for customer service, hated it, went there for first and last time, Popeye’s service Harrison is way better

I’ve had take out from here twice now. The wings are good, but overpriced. 12 different flavors. 8 wings(boneless or classic) for $ 7.49 20 for $ 18.39 50 for $ 48.89 100 for $ 84.99 So basically, the wings are just barely under $ 1 each. Kind of steep. The space is big. Good for groups. I’m at 3 stars mainly because of the price point.

If this review was solely based on the food, this place would have easily gotten four stars. But it is not and customer service, or lack thereof, awards a menial rating. Lack of attentiveness played the major role on this two-star rating– after confirming my order would be ready in 20min I made my way to for pick up(or take away depending which side of the pond you’re from). Upon arrival and a lengthy wait on line, the order was paid and I just stood there STARING at the bag with my name on it just sitting there. I attempted to get the cashier’s attention who was ignoring me. I was standing there arms flailing like an idiot while every employee walked past as if I was invisible. This is the kind of bull$#&* that got me so irritated that when guy I was walking past on my way out asked me how this place was, I advised him to turn away and try someplace else!

Service is slow and unprofessional, the wings are overpriced and not nearly worth the price. Was told 17 minutes for my order, waited almost a half an hour and my wings were cold. The original hot wings aren’t in the least bit spicy, the garlic parm wings were okay, most likely would have been better had they been hot. I’d hate to see how terrible and slow this place must be when there are more than 6 customers there.

Boneless wings and regular wings are amazing. Also the fries are really good they’re different and you have to try them to find out because I can’t explain it! My favorite flavors so far are lemon pepper of course and Louisiana rub. My goal is to try every flavor. Oh and the down parts about this is it does take foreverrrrrr. It’s better to call ahead and pick up. And it’s also on the expensive side. But I’m giving 5 stars because it really is worth it.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and ordered a simple 8 peice. I was told 20−25mins. I was there for almost 50mins for wings… I mean seriously were they killing the chickens in the back??? The staff is friendly. service is horrible. I recommend bonchoch chicken. their wings are the truth…

This location is SUPERSLOW. For an order of 8 wings. one wouldn’t expect to wait 45 minutes. I understand the location is new but really? No manager on site to regulate order delivery in a timely fashion. Don’t eat here for another 2 – 3 months so they can work the kinks out. Food is great, customer service? Not so great.

Only getting 3 stars from me because the food is really good & made to order. but the customer service & operation itself needs a lot of work. Ordered from the Wingstop App & they got it WRONG. Rather than just trying to correct it they kept questioning for my receipt. I didn’t screw up my order you did. None of the chicken in my bag was a flavor I ordered. Didn’t know it was that hard to read off of a paper. While waiting on my correct order I seen them give away 2 people’s order that was standing right there. They are a bit overwhelmed right now. I’ll give this location another shot in about a month or 2.

I am a big wing stop fan. I’ve eaten their wings in Florida Chicago Seattle and St. Louis markets and they’ve all been excellent. This location is extremely lacks seasoning and when requesting well done fried hard wings the skin was still fried hard. I am underwhelmed by this location. The franchise owner offered an excuse stating that they only been open for a week. I hope they get better or I’ll have to take my business elsewhere!
