The Victim Resource Center of the Finger Lakes started as Rape Crisis of Wayne County over 30 years ago. Domestic violence services were added and in 2001, Victim Resource Center extended its services to migrant farm work family victims in twelve counties in Upstate New York. We provide the only domestic violence crisis shelter in Wayne, Ontario, Seneca and Yates counties. Also VRC provides domestic, sexual, stalking, dating violence and child abuse services.
