Fast, friendly, fair, and reliable. Those are the 4 words I would choose to describe the service at the Tire Rack in Newark, NY. I was driving home to Canada on I-​90W the afternoon of Sunday (Dec 16) when I got a flat. I barely made it to a gas station without a complete blowup where I was able to call AAA for help. The tow truck driver put on my spare doughnut but it meant that I had to spend the night somewhere — the driver recommended Newark. With it being Christmas, and the funds very very low, this whole scenario was really scary because I couldn’t afford a major cost. Thankfully, the AAA operator told me about the Tire Rack and at 8:00am the next morning I was there. I didn’t catch their names, but both the guys running the shop were friendly, courteous, fast and honest. I made it home and am very thankful to know that good people like these guys are out there. If I lived in Newark, I would definitely bring them my car regularly. Overall, excellent service! Thank you guys, you saved my Christmas!
