Three Counties is great — they did some structural repairs on our property. Jose and his team gave me the best case scenario as well as worst case scenario.
They insisted that I get a permit to make sure everything was properly inspected and up to code. Since the repairs were structural, I was very happy to take his advice on this. Even the inspector was impressed with the way the repairs were done and integrated with the look of the house. (There were some issues with the new code not matching up to old code and as a result, they had to do some creative thinking to make it look original to the 1920s house)
They also did a fantastic job on the stucco-​work, making the second column base look original to the house.
We were super happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!
