Sweet Treats By Suzanne

Had a groupon deal with her. Talked to her about delivering the cupcakes and even some extra ones, which I’d paid in advance for, online.
She didnt show up. No calls, emails or anything.
When I email her about the reason, she gives me some reason about her husband not being well. This is not being responsible as a business. If she had problems, she should’ve communicated with me well in advance so that I could’ve made alternative arrangements.
She didnt apologize and said she’ll return the money back. I wrote to groupon and got the deal cancelled, but she still hasnt returned my money for the extra cupcakes, which were never delivered.
I would’nt trust an online store without a physical address again, for ordering something for parties.
Suzanne, if you read this review, you know I still owe you 12 bucks. please return it asap.

I don’t know if this is a scam or what but I’m starting to believe that it is. I got the groupon and my order was never delivered. She said she’ll just refund me but I never got the refund. It’s only $ 9 but it’s STILL $ 9, I want that back. I was craving s’mores cupcakes when I got the groupon and my craving was never satisfied. I’d give it 0 star if I could.

Horrible tasting cupcakes, groupon coupon used and she would not respond at first to the calls for me to place order. Horrible customer service and horrible taste.

I, too, bought the Groupon because Suzanne was conveniently located near my work. I specifically bought it because she delivered.
However…
1) It said to contact her 48 hrs in advance so for one, she is a hard to get a hold of. She doesn’t return your call. But she did e-​mail me back.
2) She tried to change the time of my delivery several times because she was running late. She asked if she can drop it off at my house after 3 instead. I said sure, if she wants to drive all the way to San Jose. So she ended up making it to the office by 2:30 or so.
3) At this point, I was already thinking how great her communication and time management is.
4) She gave me a tray of 6 cupcakes wrapped in cellophane. Could I not have even gotten a box in 90 degree weather?!
Even though it was already a hassle getting these cupcakes, I decided to brush it all off aside. I wanted to give her a second chance, I really did.
Out of the 6 cupcakes, I only liked 2. I think I ordered 5 different ones but doubled up on Red Velvet bc that was my fav. The Candy (your choice of chocolate bar) cupcake was disappointing. The candy would have been better off on its own! Several of them, you can tell, were a DAY old. It was dry and no fresh. Trust me, it’s extremely easy to tell from a cupcake connoisseur standpoint. The Red Velvet was okay, it just tasted like the Red Velvet cake mix you can buy at Target now. Her frosting was even store bought mixed with flavor. You can already tell by looking at how it slams on to the cake.
I’m always up to trying new cupcakes because I love them, but Suz, you disappointed me!

I always try to see the good in bad situations but this one has had none. First things first, I bought the groupon thinking I would try it since I have a sweet tooth. I called twice and left a message and she wrote me back several days later saying to email her my order instead of calling. SO, that’s what I did and got NO RESPONSE. Then I proceeded a week later to place my order again and she asked if a certain day would work, I agreed to it. She canceled last minute and asked if another day would work, I said fine. NEVER received a call or cupcakes. I emailed her a week later and asked her what happened received no email. I sent a final email saying that I wanted a refund because she never got back to me or let me know what was going on. Mind you I bought the Groupon on June 9^th and its July 17^th and still nothing. Worst service I have ever received in my life. I wouldn’t even take the cup cakes now even if they were free.

I was totally disappointed with the quality of Suzanne’s cupcakes. I ordered 6 cupcakes with the Groupon but I end up trash all five into the garbage. I know my cupcakes very well. These cupcakes were days old and dried. Sorry… these cupcake did not worth the $ 9 groupon. I don’t recommends it.

I was going to give 2 stars but i found a HAIR on a cupcake just as my son was going to enjoy it. It was so hard to get a hold of Suzanne, and to get the quality that i recieved I’d disappointing. I must say that she added cake pops and delivered on time but what i recieved was NO good. I was hoping to pored cupcakes for my sons birthday next week but i have completely changed my mind. I guess you get what you pay for $ 9 groupon. I don’t recommend it

I bought the Groupon for the $ 9 half dozen because I thought it was such a great deal, and I was right! Plus, I was in the clear for the free delivery areas.
I noticed that some other reviewers had trouble contacting her but when I used the contact form on the homepage it worked just fine. Suzanne got back to me within the next day or so and was able to work with me on the time/​drop-​off location.
I ordered 6 different flavored cupcakes so that I could have a variety but since I had company with me I wanted to share. That left me with just getting to try the Red Velvet. The cupcake was super moist and tasted fresh. I love that they have that homemade taste rather than something that seems was mass produced from some unknown factory.
My friends devoured the Oreo, Chocolate Chip cookie, Hot Fudge Sundae and Creamsicle cupcakes. In fact, the reason I only got to try one is because they both liked their first cupcake so much.
Suzanne was able to leave the box at my door was very nice in making sure that I would be happy with my order, emailing me saying that if wasn’t that she would redo it at her cost.
I had a pleasant customer experience with Suzanne and would recommend others in the area to support local businesses like hers!

The groupon thing is a scam. No cupcakes ever delivered. No one returns emails or calls. Do not
Waste your money. Address does not exist…

I have to give a special shout out to Suzanne. Not only did she deliver on time but she added a few additional because she was out of the boxes that hold 6. I originally ordered cause I found a deal on groupon but after eating her delicious treats, I will be going back for all special occasions and ordering. A+++ on price, taste, selection, SHE DELIVERS so I don’t have to freak out about transporting, her toppings to choose from are endless and her presentation of each treat is great. Such a Sweet Treat @ Sweet Treats. Suzanne you rock and thank you again (my office wants to thank you too ;))

Suzanne was kind enough to deliver my dozen cupcakes and 4 whoopie pies. She gets 5 STARs for just customer service. And once you taste her cupcakes and whoopie pies, you will be sold! My family loved ALL of them as an Easter treat! You will not be disappointed! Yummy!

I had one of Suzannes alcohol infused whoopie pies and I was floored at how good it was. Mind you, I’m not much of a sweet eater but was swayed by the adult beverage aspect. Wasn’t overpowered by the taste, just complimented the sweetness of the «pie» Already have her pegged for our Girls Night!

I am not local. but a friend told me to try this gal when I mentioned that I was looking for goodies for my 40^th bday. I contacted her and she mailed me some samples. They were DELISH!.. I had a hard time choosing but once I did, I ordered a few dozen and my friend brought them to Las Vegas for my party and they were a hit. my party guests were raving. my fave is the Irish Whiskey and Red Velvet.
