I have never experienced a worse customer service before in my life. My server, Rina, was not only unenthusiastic about serving me(when I went to grab three subway sandwiches) but was also sluggish and brought down my mood. The whole entire time, she honestly seemed as if she didn’t want to be there; she would ask me what I would want next as if she was practically forced to be there. Whether or not she’s had a bad day, that’s not the type of employee that a place like Subway would want — especially to supposedly«help» their reputation and increase their business. Furthermore, I later went to ask if I could get a cup for water and she was just distracted and on her phone before she quietly answered that there were no cups for water. I know that Subway is a chain and is practically famous as it is, but that doesn’t give the right for an employee to tarnish that reputation and step all over it.
