In November 2012 I contacted Mr. Rodriguez from R. Towing & Transportation for a quote to transport my son’s car from Forked River NJ to port in San Juan, Puerto Rico. My son had just bought a new car and was sending his other car to his grandfather. He really wanted grandpa to have this car as grandpa’s car was very old and had tons of car issues!
Prior to contacting R. Towing & Transportation, I had been dealing with another company that ships cars to Puerto Rico but they kept delaying the process. The other company recommended that if I found a towing truck, that they would reduce the towing amount from the final bill. They also suggested that we could bring the car directly to the port. None of this made sense to me so I told this company that I was cancelling my order. Thankfully I had not paid them a penny so there was no money to fight about.
R. Towing & Transportation has their own towing trucks and don’t delay the process. THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE! Mr. Rodriguez personally picked up the car the very next day and towed it on a flatbed. The car arrived safely in Puerto Rico shortly thereafter.
