Andre and Archie are terrific! Patient safety and comfort are clearly paramount for these two. They bend over backwards to make the trip as painless as possible. They arrived right on time, and were ready to go when the appointment was over. No fuss, no muss. I’ll definitely call them again!

Andre and Archie are your «go-​to» people to transport your loved ones. When I look for a service to transport my grandmother, the key characteristics needed are: 1. RELIABILITY, 2. PROFESSIONALISM, 3. CLEANLINESS, and 4. SAFETY. One Access definitely fits the needs of not only my grandma, but my own needs! I can’t just trust anyone to bring my grandma to her appointments– as long as i know she is well taken care of, then all is well. These guys are always on time and can be easily contacted (you’ll rarely get a voicemail). They have great customer service skills. Who wants to be in a silent car ride? These guys make you feel comfortable– even if it’s for a short distance. In terms of cleanliness, the van itself is clean and I do notice that they sanitize everything (I’m a nurse so I can be a germiphobe at times), so this is a plus. Lastly, safety is important in this type of service. I like that they verbalize everything when they transfer my grandma from the van to the outside. These guys are awesome!
