The food here is ridiculously salty. Well beyond the salt level required by processed food to the point that it is unpleasant to eat. Check the nutrition info online… its out of control.

Well… This place has some great noodles but the employees were very melancholy that’s the only negative. Flavors were a little bland but everything was made fresh with fresh ingredients. I suggest the pot stickers with the hot pot Thai soup. I would go back for more.

Horrible service. When I received my food, I realized they got my order wrong. So I asked them politely to give me the right thing, and the employee looked all pissed, didn’t apologize or say anything. Food was not warm. Not going to come back.

A casual place for noodles, soup, and salad. It reminds me of Panera but for noodles. I got the Japanese pan noodles with shrimp and there were hardly any shrimp while my friend who got chicken got. HUGE amount of chicken. So is you’re trying to get protein definitely go for chicken instead

Anything with noodles in the name is sure to get my attention. Really love this place. From getting a Med chicken salad to go to have a quick bite(spaghetti or mac n cheese are my faves) here with a friend. They even serve wine and beer !

Didn’t like the food. Tried the penne rosa. The portions are also small and the taste was not good.

We really loved it the first time we were here, but their to go service is really bad as they will give you half portion of the entrée and there was no dressing in my Caesar salad as in they were in rush to pack it, it’s better to have it there or don’t go there.

My wife an i have been here many times and enjoy certain dishes allot. They are also quick with a free entrée coupon if they think you had a bad experience. I always get the Thai Hot Pot, but recently it was dramatically smaller. The server said it was actually new bigger bowls. I told her that was a bad idea because it made the portions seem smaller unless they filled the bigger bowls up. I had to ask for extra broth… weird. We still go, but now with great trepidation. It started great when they opened, but I believe they are slowly spiraling downward. Too bad.

This Noodles location has gone somewhat downhill since the last time I wrote a review. Portion sizes have gotten smaller. Really, for a $ 2.50 upcharge, one would expect more than 4 small meatballs! Also, they seem a bit sloppy when cleaning the tables, leaving bits of food here and there. When it was getting to closing time, one of the staff started sweeping and vacuuming right near our table, sending dust flying while we were eating. Then she grabbed bowls and napkins off of our table without asking. I wouldn’t have minded the portion size issues so much, but the service issues mean that I’m inclined to pick some other venue for dinner next time.

This is the first time I’ve ever heard of a chain of restaurants. Think Panera Bread? Okay, well not maybe heh. During my visit to the US(I am from Canada by the way) to visit family, and after shopping at the Christiana Mall, my family and I decided to try this place out. At first when we looked inside from the outside, it was sort of empty, but once we entered it was not. Upon entering, they have the menu on the wall, as well as where you place your order. There are so many to choose from — sandwiches, salads, pastas/noodles and even create your own. The one good thing is that, they have a decent selection of vegetarian options :) The cashier was friendly, and took our orders. We dined in, and sat at a table. After 10 minutes, they brought our dishes. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles, and the other family member ordered the Pesto Cavatappi. Overall the food quality was decent, and not something spectacular that I’d rave about. The price paid is just right. Would I come back here again? Yes I would, but not for a while. Perhaps I should find one that’s in Toronto.

Decided to be adventurous because we don’t have these in California… that being said, the menu offerings are odd and literally all over the map ie mac n cheese, pad Thai and penne rosa. I ordered the pad Thai, potstickers and tomato bisque soap. As far as authenticity, I was actually impressed with the pad Thai. My only complaint is the grilled chicken. I am no fan of pepper and didn’t care for the pepper seasoning on the chicken. The potstickers are flat? Tomato bisque is on the salty side… In short, it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best. Maybe other menu items are better?

Dude, they need these nearer to me! Basically if the spice level of the japanese pan noodles was turned down this would be 5 stars and my new favorite food ever. The other diner with me has serious issues with spicy food– we both failed to notice the spicy notation on the menu alas. Delicious nevertheless!

This place is awesome! Been here 3 times and it’s been a good experience. Today, we got the Thai Hot Pot, pesto pasta, and Potstickers. They all came out great! Flavor is comparable to a place like Cheesecake, but cheaper and a smaller portion. The service was fast and friendly too! Would definitely come back again!

Steph and I had lunch here because we were craving noodles. We both got the potstickers and the Japanese pan noodles. The pot stickers were a little strange because they were flat and tasted more fried than steamed, but they were good. The pan noodles were flavorful and spicy. We were disappointed that they don’t provide chop sticks as it seems strange to eat with a fork. It did satisfy our noodle craving for only $ 13.

If you are hungry don’t go to this place. Extremely slow. 20mins after ordering still no food. I’ve been to other Noodles & Company and its not the same. Isn’t it supposed to be a fast food place!!!

This location was my first experience with Noodles and Company and it’s where I fell in love with it. Let’s get this out of the way — they’re not a full service fancy-shmancy restaurant, and they don’t try to be one either. They’re a fast casual restaurant like Chipotle. That is, they freshly prepare your food, serve it almost as quickly as a fast food place, and don’t accept tips. So if you come here expecting pasta or noodles which rivals a full-service restaurant, you will probably be disappointed. That out of the way, this place serves practically everything. From Italian, to Asian, to American cuisine, Noodles and Company serves it all practically. And for an extra buck, you can even get a side salad or soup. My favorite part though about Noodles and Company, and especially this location, is how everyone is so willing to customize orders. Yes, you can get whole wheat pasta, add veggies, and/or add meat. But my brother has severe allergies — he is allergic to gluten/wheat and casein/dairy. Most restaurants look at him, get bulged eyes, and run away. But the staff at this particular Noodles and Company is always so willing to work with us to prepare him a safe dish(that’s not yet another salad), and they nail it, every single time. This is a great location to go to if you have a picky eater or something with allergies for that reason. Just note that they do serve peanuts there and while you can place your order without peanuts(and they will wash their utensils and pots to prevent cross contamination), it’s not a peanut-air free environment for that reason. All in all, I love Noodles and Company for what they are. They are a fast casual place that serves pasta and noodles with ultra-customizability. I’m five staring that.

The food was tasty, but it was a bit cold. I asked if they could reheat it, and they said they don’t even have a microwave. Minutes later they showed up with a new dish for me. I offered to tip and they said they can’t accept tips. Great service, and the food was tasty.

Newer place to stop by to eat at the Christiana Mall. I waited to eat here a couple of times before posting my review. It is a chain so some of the meals are fairly standard and middle of the road in order to satisfy a broad range of customers across a geographic and taste variation. There are also specials that occur depending on the season(?), ingredients, or time; not sure if the specials are a chain or local occurrence. I have tried the truffle mac, peanut thai, and the spaghetti and meatballs. The truffle mac is their signature dish and probably the best thing that I have eaten on their menu. The macaroni is well made, cooked slightly beyond the level of al dente I like but acceptable. It was never mushy or hard. The cheese sauce is thick and adherent to the noodles with a mild flavor. The mushrooms added helped to broaden the flavor profile and were good. Recently the truffle mac was changed to a barbecue pork mac and cheese. The base mac and cheese remained the same and serves as a good base. The bbq pulled pork was tender with a sweet sauce that had a little amount of smokiness to it. The spaghetti and meatballs and indonesian peanut were somewhat lacking. I found them to be ok, but fairly one dimensional without much flavor to standout. They were passable and okay from a fast food chain standpoint. Not sure I would get either again though. Portions are on the smaller side but prices are reasonable. Service was fast and friendly. However, when they were first open and I stopped by they did forget one portion of my order that I had to call in to make sure the charge to my card was removed. My fault for not checking the order, but this has not happened again. Overall I would stop by for the featured mac and cheese(previously truffle, currently bbq pork). I will probably try the other dishes at some point but so far I am not impressed with some of their regular items.

I enjoyed the Pasta Rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken. Pasta had a little bit of a kick to it. Loved the fresh spinach. Wasn’t impressed with the lettuce wrap appetizer. There was no meat in it and it was cold, not what we are used to.
