Would give 0 stars if possible. Apparently they had a number of negative reviews deleted from here recently. Besides shouting at our building president on a number of occasions, MBM attempted to overcharge us for snow removal due to an «upcoming heavy storm», could barely change a light bulb (took weeks), and took over 6 months to even attempt to get a quote for roof work we had done. Additionally, promised analysis of our financials for shortfalls was never taken seriously. Now that we are switching to a professional management company they are making our lives impossible.
Too bad the prior reviews were removed because they were all on point. Don’t make the same mistake! Hire a professional & responsive management company not these imposters. Fyi this company is in Belleville and hoboken not newark and the primary points of contact are frank and evelyn

So far so good. We replaced our previous property management company with MBM Group. MBM has been much more responsive and attentive. Our building is much cleaner. The staff are more professional and friendly. The projects that were lingering are actually being taken care of now.
Example:
We noticed a leek in our roof. We emailed MBM. They responded within 5 minutes. Roofer is scheduled to inspect the problem first thing in the AM. This sort of responsiveness is a huge improvement over the previous property manager.
