Kris had been responsive and available every time we have needed him. We don’t always need to speak to our agent but when we do he treats us like he knows us well.

Kris is an excellent insurance agent because he is knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. He and his office staff are trustworthy and always make sure things are done right. Recently we put our new puppy on a Personal Article Policy, and the whole process was quick and easy. Wen I got involved in an auto accident, they processed my claim quickly and the car damage was fixed by the best auto repair shop in the Bay area. I am just so glad to have Kris handle all my insurance policies.

I can’t thank Kris Chan enough for his promptness, professionalism and sense of humor. My husband has used All State (car and home insurance) in Newark for years, which has been great. About the same time I married my husband and moved to Newark, was about the same time Kris Chan took over the office. My husband has gone to Kris’s office to speak with Kris when adding a vehicle and Kris is always informative, without being pushy. Kris added the vehicle, but also informed my husband about life insurance options (which my husband and I had been discussing).
I have a home in another city and am in the middle of refinancing. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to contact Kris for an insurance quote for our investment (rental) property. The quote was remarkable, and was just about the same coverage as before, but a lot less money. Recently, the home was zoned in a flood zone. So the mortgage company requires flood insurance. Kris went above and beyond to get the best rate on the flood insurance, saved money by working with the flood agency and going out to the house to inspect it to help save me money and keep the process moving along. For someone I have not met in person, I could not believe the customer service I received. Kris seems to go out of his way to make sure his clients are being taken care of. Recently, the mortgage company said they did not receive an insurance form (which I knew Kris sent, because I was copied on the correspondence). I notified Kris and he sent the forms right over (again).
He has been such a joy to work with and I would recommend him for your insurance needs.

Kris has been handling my insurance for years; Autos, residence and income property. I’ve uses other agencies but Kris looks out for me and helps me decide which policies are best for me. He’s honest and I trust him completely.

Kris is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. I lead a busy life and insurance language is as foreign to me as Spanish. I just paid my insurance premium and hope that I will never need to use my insurance. I am depending on Kris to monitor my insurance portfolio (Auto, Motorcycle, Home, Rental properties, Umbrella policy, Life) to make sure that I am properly covered.
Last week, I was thinking about renting a motorcycle for my vacation. I called Kris to inquire if my motorcycle insurance will extend coverage to my rental bike. Like most people, I assumed that a rental motorcycle will enjoy the same coverage extension as a rental car. Kris did his research and informed me about the gap in my motorcycle coverage. He informed me that a motorcycle is defined differently than an auto. As such, liability will extend but not the physical damage (comprehensive and collision) when I am riding a rental motorcycle. Imagine my surprise! I would not have otherwise known if Kris had not brought this news to my attention. Kris has not only saved me money, but he has saved me a ton of headaches by ensuring that I have the right coverage. So instead of renting the bike, I bought a new one for my vacation. I am not risking my financial future on any assumptions. Thanks to Kris, I am much more informed when it comes to insurance matter.
