Princeton was an amazing help and kept looking for my right shoe size and was frustrated when he couldn’t find it but he ordered it for me! Very good customer service.

The sale associates here suck at their jobs and are super unprofessional. I came in looking for a pair of shoes I was interested in, and the three people standing behind the counter all were trying to avoid contact.
I was having trouble trying to figure out which size was a better fit for me, and none of them knew anything about the shoe or offered any serious advice. They seriously acted like I was a nuisance to have around. I really wanted the shoes at the time, so I just bought them. I left annoyed but brushed it off thinking they were just tired and having bad days.
After trying them on at home, I decided that I didn’t want to take a chance and waste 80 bucks on shoes that may not even fit comfortably. I didn’t even want to come back to this location but came anyway since it’s the closest to where I live. When I went back to return them, there was one girl from the previous visit and another associate. The associate from the previous time may or may not have recognized me, but she rudely asked why I was returning them and not exchanging. She then continued to examine the new shoes as if I ran a marathon in them. Then she puts them away and completely disregards me from there on. The other associate was unprofessional as well… During the return process, she kept cussing to herself.
The service here used to be awesome but now it sucks. I hope I never have to come back again as long as this staff is still employed. GO TO ANOTHER JOURNEY’S. You’re welcome.

Went to check out some shoes Wednesday ¹²⁄₁₂ in the morning, but walked right out when I the guy working wouldn’t get off the counter and his cell phone to acknowledge me… Usually the people there are great, but I can tell this guy is seasonal. Maybe going back after x-​mas, but not if he’s there.
