If I could give a 0 rate, I would. This company is beyond unprofessional. I waited a month for my window decal, come to find out, their website had been shut down or off and they lost all data. I found their number online and I had high hopes because of how sorry the guy was. I called Friday and he said he would have my decal shipped out on that comin Tuesday so I was so excited. Two weeks pass and still nothing. Now I’m livid. I call again and Anthony was not in the office and the guy I talked to Mark/​Mike? said he wasn’t surprised Anthony hadn’t done it yet. Red flag! I never got my decal and luckily was never charged. These guys have the worst customer service skills and I’m surprised they’re in business. DO NOT try to do business with them. If you have good luck with them, that’s a miracle.

Wow I wish I would have looked here before initially ordering from javasigns.
Actually, my first order with them was smooth… product selection and design was easy… delivery was in a nominal amount of time… and I was fairly pleased with the results.
Second order… totally different experience once I placed the order… check out this timeline…
May 8 — order placed
May 11 — shipping confirmation email received with tracking #
May 24 — still no package… still no change in the tracking status… courtesy phone call was placed (to voicemail after secretary forwarded me to the front desk), email was sent and feedback on the website was submitted.
May 25 — call again… forwarded by secretary again… get answering machine again…
May 26 — call again… forwarded by secretary again but this time someone answers. I explain the situation and provide my order #. She was very nice but then told me there was some problem with my order… the order I placed on May 8^th. I never got a call from them, an email, a letter… nothing. How long would they sit on that had I not actually called them? We sort out the problem and she says the tracking # is still the same and I should see it update with the progress.
June 1 — still no change in the status… call again… they take my name and number this time… no call back.
June 2 — still no call back… I call again and get the answering machine for the secretary this time and no one is answering.
June 3 — still no call back… I call again and leave a different secretary a different number… no call back.
June 4 — no call back… however today I look and the shipment was miraculously sent out (per the tracking info anyway)…due to me on June 10.
If the business was local, I would have been parked at their front desk until I had the order in my hand… but they are in NJ and who wants to go there.
I hope I get my stickers and they don’t totally suck.
What a waste of my time and money.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR BUSINESS!!! THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER ME UPGRADED SHIPPING FOR WAITING A MONTH!!!

I just hope I get my order at this point.
I placed an order two weeks ago. The site was very nice and ordering was streamline. However that’s where the good experience ends. After a week of waiting I called after business hours and left a message to return my call with the status of the order. I received no reply. I then sent an email to customer support asking for an update. No reply. My email receipt had a space for estimated delivery, which was left blank. I called yesterday to ask about its progress. The lady on the phone took my number and told me that somebody would call back. After a day of waiting I called back when I was told to hold, I was hung up on. After calling back I was deliberately hung up on three more times. I literally heard the phone pick up and slam back down each time. I don’t think there is any intention of filling my order of $ 130. After a quick Google search I found numerous bad reviews and Better Business Burro gave them a score of F. I wish that I had checked some reviews first. You live and learn.
Update, Good news, I just received an email from UPS stating that the information for this order has been received. Still no contact from customer service. I am considering taking my rating up to two stars but I’ll wait for the order to arrive first.
Update, I received my package almost a month after I ordered. I’m relieved. Although the signs were a bit blurry and the larger one came a bit damaged, (It was packaged that way, the box is fine) I did get a package finally. The sad thing is that I don’t even care how bad the product is, I’m just glad that they even sent them and its over. The worst part of this experience was the lack of care and the way I was treated on the phone, and the not knowing. I never received a call back and every time I used a new phone number to call it was blocked the next time I would call. You get what you pay for.
