Jade Garden Chinese Food

Never will I order from this place. They have disappointed me a couple of times and I am just giving in coz I know their the only better ones lwft in Newark Ironbound section that are serving decent Chinese food. But time and time again my favorite Kung Pao has been cheapen or just plain. Today I ordered House Special Lo Mein and again Kung Pao Shrimp. 45mins later food arrives and the delivery guy already knows me. So, I paid let him go and so hungry I could just eat from the bag. In my dismay, the Kung Pao Shrimp turned to Chicken with all celery. The Lo Mein is good, not greasy and with good flavor. But my most favorite got me loose my appetite. Kung Pao was all celery and with thinly slices chicken. So, thats it my last draw for this place. Im over it! NEVER AGAIN.

This would get one star if I hated the food. The food is pretty good, probably 3.5÷4 stars, but the service is terrible. Every time my boyfriend and I order for delivery, it takes them over an hour to get here! The restaurant only about 2 miles away from where he lives, so there is really no excuse for why it takes so long. The food is sometimes room temperature when it gets here too.
It’s a shame that we won’t be ordering from Jade Garden anymore – the food is good.
