Cool Products, Nice Service
I’m shocked that this place hasn’t been reviewed yet. I almost feel bad that this is going to be a very straightforward review (I can’t really spice things up).
It’s a little small (you’re at the mall, after all), but this is a very cool store. It mainly sells all these products that you see on TV. I would go here to buy Urine Gone if I had a bunch of dogs or kids («Jeremy, stop peeing on Owen!»).
My wife and I went here on the 13^th to buy some Dual Draft Stoppers (it’s often cold in our house, and there’s a sizable gap underneath 2 of the bedroom doors). They’re easy to set up (you just cut the tubes, put them back in the sleeve, and then position the Stopper underneath the door– you can even cut the tubes without removing them from the sleeve). They’re only available in gray here (if you’re interested, you can find them in brown online), and are $ 10.96 with tax (they’re cheaper online, but not by much).
My wife and I are pleased with the Stoppers (they’re not much to look at, but they insulate rooms pretty well), and I was impressed on the 13^th with our cashier. She greeted me well before I reached her, and was quick to tell me where I could find the Stoppers. She was also friendly when ringing them up (she ended the transaction by saying, «See you again»).
I like the Grabbers here (I actually used one recently to retrieve something), and there’s a cute Mickey Mouse phone in the back on the left. At the very back are some neon signs (I wanted to look at them some more– I think they all feature scenic designs).
A lot of products are sold here, but there’s plenty of room to move around. The store is also clean and organized well (it’s not at all cluttered).
You can return most items within 30 days with a receipt. There are no refunds, though (store credit is given, or you can make an exchange). I know that some other stores at the mall have the same policy (this makes sense, especially given how hard it is these days for some stores to stay in business).
I didn’t see anything on sale (I’m pretty sure, though, that there are holiday sales). If you want to take advantage of a deal («3 for the price of 1!»; «Buy the whole set, and we’ll throw in an old dish rag for free!»), order the product (s) you want online or over the phone. If you only need 1 or 2 items, though, and don’t want to pay ridiculous shipping and handling costs, it’s better to go here.
Even if you don’t want to buy anything, it’s worth stopping by to browse.
