A week before a family gathering, it dawned on me that it would be fun to have some t-​shirts made. I soon discovered that most custom t-​shirt screen printers (including the most popular online printers) require 7 – 14 business days for regular jobs and often charge a 50−100% premium for rush jobs (but they still require at least 3 business days). Thanks to Unilocal,I found Andy, the principal at Impression Custom Screen Printing in Newark.
Much like the other Unilocalers here, I cannot make enough positive comments about Andy. He is the consummate professional: courteous, attentive, generous, and and diligent. Three days before my event — before I contacted Andy — I was faced with either foregoing the t-​shirt idea altogether or having t-​shirts made at the mall using an iron and an inkjet printer at a hefty cost of $ 20 each.
Andy saved the day and far exceeded my expectations. Not only did he produce 12 two-​sided custom screen print t-​shirts (with two colors on each side) in LESS THAN 48 HOURS, he only charged me a cool $ 13 per shirt for 100% cotton Hanes t-​shirts. Andy also re-​created the design I had submitted as a JPG file without charging me a cent. Best of all, while he would have been justified to charge me a rush fee for my somewhat unreasonable request, he did not.
I got exactly what I wanted at an unbelievably reasonable price. If you need custom screen printed t-​shirts, Andy is your guy. He’ll get the job done swiftly with unmatched competence.

Impression Screen Printing is by far the best shop I’ve ever worked with. The owner (Andy) is a master at his craft. The quality of his work is the best I’ve seen. There are no middlemen, Andy is the the person you place your order with and the person who actually screens the shirts. There are no middlemen involved. His turnaround times are the fastest. Andy and Impression Screen Printing has enabled me to be more profitable. If I run out of stock I can rely on Andy to get me a product in less then 4 days most of the time less than 3 days. Andy has always met or beat his own dealines with me. I never have to backorder anything or display a sold out status on my website.

Andy is great at what he does! I always come to him when I need screen printing done. I recently order about 15 screen printed shirts from him. The design was fairly large but he made it happen.
In the end, he was able to get them all to me in a couple of days. They looked great and everyone loved them!
He cares very much about how the work will turn out. Also, he cares very much about the material used. He always suggest the best material he can get — American Apparel or similar. For the price he charges, no one can compete. He provides high quality custom design shirts.
