BEWARE of HR Block!!! The tax professional who helped us did not set any expectations of how much it cost for them to do our taxes. I usually do my own taxes, but in 2013 I got married and bought a house, so I thought we should see a tax professional. I know I should have asked for a quote or the price, but hindsight is 20⁄20. They charged us $ 500 to do our taxes. $ 500!!! WTF? I was pretty pissed about it and should have just walked away. During our first visit, we forgot a few forms, so we re-​scheduled to the following week. They charge you for that! They also charge you per form you bring in. It’s still not clear of their pricing, but never again will i come here. My friend who works at HR Block informed me later that a lot of customers are complaining about the amount they charge and how ridiculous it is.

I absolutely love it here! The idea of filing taxes never seems fun, but coming to this place once a year has made my visit very pleasant! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I definitely look forward to filing my taxes here!

This is not an efficient office. The front desk does not give messages and the tax preparer that I had made a number of errors.

Met with Patty; made sure I had an appointment before walking in. My experience with her was cool, she was very helpful. I’d come back here again. She was very informational and I got my refund the very next week.
