I ordered a beautiful looking bouquet of tulips as a birthday gift. The bouquet arrived on time but looked completely dead. My friend sent me a picture thanking me for the gift but it definitely did not look like what I ordered. I put a lot of thought into my gift and it did t even resemble the product I ordered. Not doing business with this company again.

This review is not about the FTD member florists, because when you call FTD, you don’t know who you are getting. Right there, that’s a red flag and a reason to shop local. What was I thinking, you might ask? I was on pain meds from surgery and wanted desperately to thank my 2 Florence Nightingales who came over to help every day. So, flowers. Order placed Saturday, 2 separate destinations, for Sunday pm delivery. Each $ 100+ bouquets. 1 order never arrived. The 2nd order was not only not as pictured, but had only 4 half blown roses stuck into a cheap vase with a bunch of alstromeria. What was pictured on the site had 5 different flowers and many roses in a squat spherical glass vase. Substitutions are fine; just keep the scope and scale the same. This was a sad little Safeway bouquet. Then the call center odyssey began. Three calls over 3 days. Too painful to retell in detail. Consider yourself spared! It is now Tuesday. #1 still not arrived. #2 was to be picked up and replaced. That too has not happened.(Seriously, you want her to give that craptastic arrangement back?) Lesson learned. Shop local. Don’t use FTD. Ever.

Very accomodating florist, unlike the other florist near this location. I spoke to Angelina who was very patient and understood what I wanted. The price is very reasonable, especially for local deliveries. And not to mention, they carry balloons. Definitely will be taking my business here again.
