Finally!!! Been living in Delaware for many years, going from this mechanic to that mechanic, crazy quotes, slow service, list goes on. I finally came across El’s (That billboard on 40 caught my eye, well done fellas!). These guys get the job done right, THE FIRST TIME! And their pricing is VERY fair. Wish I knew about them 10 years ago, would have saved me a lot of time, and most importantly, money. Great, friendly service, at a mechanic shop? Yes, it actually exists (Youre the man Jesse!). Come check these guys out, you wont regret it.

El’s Tire is always reasonably priced with great customer service. As a woman I have often been taken advantage of at auto shops and used to be very nervous about getting any work done on my car. El’s has changed that for me. They are always kind, helpful with questions, and do a good job of explaining what needs done on my car. Very clean waiting room with free wi-​fi.

Went to get tires on my RV… nothing special LT225/​75R16. Was there at 7:30am (they open at 8:00) and was third in line. Took five hours… absolutely ridiculous. Now the RV is pulling to the right when I put on the brakes. Have to take it somewhere else to get looked at. Absolutely would not recommend them.

I specifically asked them not to use power tools on my lugs and they did and broke a stud then told me it was my problem and threatened to just pull my car out. Crap service, crap work, and now i have to replace parts on my car on my own. Will never be coming here again!

Got an alignment done and brought it back because the car pulled. They pulled it in and found nothing wrong so it stayed like that. The don’t have the best prices on tires from what I have found. I went to Delaware Tire last couple of times and they pointed out a problem with the car when doing an alignment (which was spot on). Tire prices are better there and they are quick!

Excellent service and pricing. I compared prices with 2 other local tire shops before picking El’s Tires and the prices were even lower than what the big chain stores could offer. I saved a lot and the service was smooth and professional.
