Rude. Service was terrible. Coffee was wrong. Won’t ever visit this location again. To the other review there is a drive thru here just make sure you check your coffee

Was not overly impressed with the customer service here. We came early one morning, but there was no line behind us. The lady at the counter was training a new employee and made me feel rushed and she was a bit rude. Because she was so consumed with getting us through she didn’t take the time to listen to me ask for light cream cheese on both bagels. I usually go to a different location, I think I’ll be going back there for now on.

I love this location. If I am anywhere nearby, I will specifically come here, even though there is no drive thru. The staff is actually friendly, something you won’t experiance at many Dunkin Donuts, period. The guy smiles when you walk in, and is always very quick to help and get you on your way. I’ve even seen him tell people [who are obviously more regular than I am.] what coffee they want before they open their mouth, they smile and nod, and he gets to it. What more could you ask for? Five stars.
