Dunkin’ Donuts

I go here a 2 times a week usually on the weekend. they always have fresh decaf and if they don’t they make it. The staff has improved a lot. There’s one girl whose super friendly and always remembers my drink its really cool because it feels kinda neat when someone remember s who you are at a business!

Yep, very weak coffee… If that is what is or very watered down, small doughnuts skimpy glaze and frosting…

There coffee seemed to be mixed with a lot of water. It sounds weird but there was no coffee in my coffee. It tasted like coffee flavored hot water. Even the café latte was a bit off.

This place is the pits. There are so many other places to grab a quick coffee like the Wawa down the road, or even the Dunkin on Main Street in Newark. This location does not offer almond milk, which most Dunkin’s do now, the floor and restroom are always dirty, and it is next to a cigarette outlet so the crowd can be a bit grungy. Also, they do not listen to requests like «no cheese», which I ask for for dietary reasons, and have not been able to eat things from here on several occasions after finding they still used cheese. The service here was so horrible it really started my day on a horrible note. I try to be a pleasant customer at all times, and I was just greeted with rudeness and awful coffee. Noooooo thanks.

I stopped here very briefly while driving through. The service was quite rude, the coffee tasted old. Nothing much else to report, maybe they had a bad day. I am just glad I dont live here to have to go to this Dunkin donuts.

The food was typical for Sunkin Donuts but this rating is more about the horrible service and filthy conditions. There was only (1) individual working and when he wasn’t talking on his cell phone, he either chose not to listen to what was said or there was a real language barrier. This required me to repeat myself several times on simple orders and was frustrating. There was literally dirt tracks on the floor of the service area and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Someone at corporate should find a new licensee because this is by far the worst DD I have ever seen.
