Just moved to North Carolina, found a groupon deal for $ 199.00 to clean air duct, after taking off two days of work, techs never showed up, was told that they were fired on the way to my house?, how weird is that, i was able to get a refund from groupon but still out two days of work and a anxiety issue that has not lowered yet. stay clear of this company.

Like previous reviewers, I also purchased a groupon deal for $ 39 which included 10 vents, 1 return and 1 main. I have 2 returns so that was an extra $ 15 which is explained on the fine print. The fine print also says «additional surcharges may apply for other services».
My first appt was set for a day I had taken off work. 1 hour into the window and I was called to say the tech had gotten his equipment contaminated and couldn’t make his appt. I rescheduled for another day. The «tech» showed up claiming he couldn’t do the work without a «mandatory» $ 89 fee for the «additional» main. I thought I only had one main but I trusted he knew what he explaining. He tried to talk me into $ 400+ of additional services which I declined. I also asked him about how a tech could get contaminated equipment and he gave me this weird look and said «I’ve never heard that, they probably overbooked him». Sounds plausible actually. He didn’t scour the vents as advertised but instead vacuumed the front of them only. He stuck one hose in that mandatory additional main and didn’t clean anything else. Where was the main that came with the groupon? Hmm. He was sketchy and I was about to call my police officer landlord over but he left in a hurry.
I notified groupon of their shady business practices as a heads up and they did refund my $ 39 however I’m still out $ 104 for the crap service I received. Consider it a donation towards your bankruptcy fees! Haha.

DO NOT use this business! Their practices are completely unacceptable! This establishment deserves zero stars!
I purchased a deal with this business in May via Groupon for $ 39 for air duct cleaning. My first appointment was on May 15 and no one showed up. I called and the women that answered the phone said they had no record of my appointment. I made another appointment for June 12 and demanded to get an email confirmation for that appointment. I called on June 12 and the women that answered said there was no record of my appointment and I couldn’t be serviced today because their was no one in my area. I told her that I have an email confirmation of the date and time and she said «she didn’t know which girl that can from so she could not help me».
These people are running a scam! Don’t waste your money and time!

This establishment puts deals out there that they wont give. Purchased one on living social for $ 39.99, came out and said it would cost $ 750 for recommended service. Declined respectfully and asked for whatever the deal includes… Matt (cleaner) blew up from there. Just google «cyrstal clean» or «crystal clear» they may go by both or some reviewers have got the name wrong, but the phone number is always the same, now they may try and change that too. In all honestly, they seem like good people just awful tactics to get the up sale, very uncomfortable, awkward and extremely confrontational. It’s funny they made me seem like the one person that feels this way, then after you go online you see it happens all the time. CONTINUE TO LEAVE THESE REVIEWS UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR WAYS. ITS UNACCEPTABLE
