First off I love they’re ice cream — A LOT ! This cold rainy Saturday night my sister and I decided to stop by and get some ice cream to take to my moms house for movie night. We walk up(shivering) then notice no one working. I knocked once and no one came — walk to the other side(knock) — nothing. We turn to leave as an older woman comes out of the back shaking her head. I figure she’s getting ready to say sorry they’re closed or something. instead she opens the window and says«do you know what you want» not very welcoming but I’m obviously invested in my ice cream at this point(we had been waiting in the cold rain) so I order mine and my sisters and then take a moment to pick a flavor for my mom(clearly not having this decision made was an inconvenience to her as her eyes roll into her head). At this point my sister is like lets just leave but again I needed my ice cream ! So we waited while she slammed stomped and shook her head putting together our order. Worst part is I have the feeling she is either a manager or owner — unacceptable. I hate to admit though the ice cream was great — if you can live with giving someone like that your money . Moved up to two stars because I visited again on Wednesday and the same woman working was much more pleasant this time — I’ll be keeping my eye on her though !

Only 3 stars. Ice cream is average but it’s the service that will kill you. We stood in line for over 30 minutes with only 4 people in front of us. Then, once we get to the window, the server asked me three different times what I ordered! Service is definitely a 1star. Slow and totally careless.

Yummy is all I can say about their apple dumpling with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream and a scoop of caramel apple. It is big and filling. You may want to share this.

I love the seasonal flavors this place offers like apple pie ice cream. If you bring your dog, they will give you a free doggie ice cream with a dog treat — just remember to ask!
