If I could give them 1 star I would. My wife had to go here for a dress for her sisters wedding. They all gave inaccurate info about paying balance before alterations. The main folks and seamstress apparently don’t ever communicate. Then we had to come back twice after alterations! The seamstress cut the alteration fee in half I guess because she felt bad. Went to pick up dress again and dress still wasn’t right but we finally had enough of the place so my wife said it was good enough. On the dress it was written $ 40 then scribbled out slightly and $ 20 was written. Lady grabs the dress looks right at it and says $ 40. We say no $ 20. Then she’s like oh yea. We hand her a credit card and she says oh you need cash. We say we don’t have cash. She’s like well we only take cash for seamstress. We said we do not have cash no one told us that. She said I’m sure she told you and you just don’t remember. At this point I really speak up and say no I was here with her and no one mentioned cash at all! She said well you have to go to the ATM. We said no we aren’t paying an ATM fee. Then they say go to wawa it doesn’t charge a fee it’s a mile down the road… wawa may not charge a fee but people’s banks do! Worst customer service ever. If you want to use 3rd party vendors you better get a better system then the one you have now. It’s not the customers job to figure this out it’s YOURS.

If you are on a budget, this is a great place to start your search for a wedding dress. However, it *felt* like a budget shop. The dresses are all crammed on the racks, which made it a little hard to search, and the big mirror and pedestal for bridal gowns was in the middle of the store. There were two pedestals but not enough seating for two brides’ guests to sit, and it just felt a little crowded. However, I worked with Courtney and she was great. She searched all over the shop for dresses I liked, including in the bridesmaid area when I said I would consider a bridesmaid dress. She pulled out tons of options for me to look at, and didn’t get annoyed with me at all when I rejected dress after dress. She was super nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend checking out Bridal & Tuxedo.

This was my first wedding dress shopping experience(my wedding is in 8 months). I worked with Whitney and she was absolutely excellent. They provide strapless bras if you don’t have your own(or you forget to bring it to the store with you). Whitney let me look around the store and pull dresses off the rack that I thought I would be interested in and then she pulled some she thought I would like and some she thought I would look good in. She helped me get into all of them and listened to what I did and didn’t like about each dress to help me narrow my search. I went to two other bridal shops after that and this was by far my best experience. I fell in love with a dress at another store, but I would have loved to give this place my business and definitely recommend them. They have a great selection of dresses and they were well-priced for my under 1200 budget.
