I can’t believe the high ratings at this truck. First, the owner’s fingernails are dirty and he handles your food without washing his hands and uses no gloves. He cooks and does cashiering by himself. It’s gross! My 1st time ordering here was my last time and that was in a few years ago. I believe it’s still the same owner, same truck.

Ive been coming to this guys food truck for over 10 years, during my days in college and my time teaching in newark. The owner is very friendly and makes one hell of a sandwich. The breakfast sandwiches are what u want from him. Ocassionally I try to switch things up a bit but nothing beats those breakfast sandwiches!

Great service. Great guy. Great food. I absolutely love Bill’s. He would always save me from starving in class with his tasty bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. He was always friendly and even when busy, I wouldn’t have to wait too long for my order. Rain or shine, Bill’s continues to feed college kids fast and good food.

Love eating breakfast there! I just wish the cream of turkey soup was made everyday, it’s amazing!

Bill’s has been consistently amazing for over 10 years since my days at Rutgers Newark. Today was no different. I had my usual, Chicken Slouvaki, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken is prepared fresh with nice vegetables on a warm pita with homemade Tzatki sauce. Amazing and a steal! This healthy lunch for $ 5? Unheard of! Give it a try. You will be happy.

Day 2 of my food truck adventures. Going down Warren St., I spied Bill’s Breakfast Truck next to the Rutgers-Newark field and decided to stop by to grab lunch. Breakfast was on my mind, so I ordered up a bagel sandwich and a side of hash. The sandwich came with two slices of cheddar cheese, egg, and a good amount of bacon, while the hash was a bit plain with just ketchup on top. Overall, pretty tasty and really filling – it was a little more than what I wanted for lunch, but I ate it all anyway!

I at times prefer to purchase my food from a truck vender because you are able to see how your food is cooked and prepared. Bill’s breakfast truck has a good selection at reasonable prices.
