This review is long overdue. I used this company back in 2010. I needed to do a short sale on my condo and got in touch with Thomas Du at BASS. We spoke at length about my situation and I came back to Thomas several times with questions. He took the time to thoroughly answer every question I had over the phone and in person. He also brought up points about a short sale that I wasn’t aware of before we started. I was confident with the information he provided (verbally and he would provide links to articles/​information on the internet) and we started the short sale process. He let me know up front about all the paperwork needed, the long process of a short sale and the constant updated forms/​paperwork I would need to provide to him to continue through the process.
Thomas explained every step along the process. We put the condo on the market and we had a few buyers (luckily, the condo was in great shape for a sale). It did take about 6 months to close the short sale — but that was all due to my bank. Thomas did an excellent job at following up with my bank, the buyers and the buyers RE agent. He always kept me in the loop and would update me constantly with any information. He would always contact me promptly if he needed additional information or paperwork from me. My bank was dragging their feet and the short sale was being pushed into foreclosure. but Thomas did a great job at keeping it from going into foreclosure so we could close on the sale. Thanks to Thomas, he was able to help me and guide me through the short sale. He did an excellent job and I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas Du and his company. Be aware it is a LONG process… but Thomas Du did a great job at getting the short sale done.

This is a very hard economic time and lots of people are loosing their home but just a little short of a miracle, Thomas Du at Bay Area Short Sale Solution (Bass) gets the job done meaning he helps people get out of the black hole. Thomas Du is very knowledgable when it comes to Real Estate, whatever the need he is the man. My friend was loosing her home and it was going into foreclosure and Thoms Du sold the house as a short sale. My friend was so happy not to go through a foreclosure thanks to Thomas Du expertise.

Thomas was great. We made the tough decision to short sale our house. It was the toughest decision that we had to make, but under the circumstances it was the best one. It was a tough job, but Thomas’s professionalism was great. He was able to provide us with the right guidance and support. Most of all, he was able to find the right buyer and made sure that it went smooth. He has a large amount of knowledge and has tons of resources.
