I loved this place. Mark was very friendly, professional and helpful. He always returned my calls promptly and helped me find the right furniture. He also took care of delivery and assembling, which was great.
More importantly, there was enough variety to choose from and extensive catalogs to look at, in case something was not on display. I bought all my furniture from here and at a very reasonable price. Woot! :)

This is not the biggest furniture store I’ve ever been to, but I must say that it has it’s charm. I went there today looking to buy an end table to match my patio chairs. The owner was very patient to answer all my questions; not only that, he also gave me his advice on picking the right size of the end table. Some tables look the same but they are actually a few inches different. Without his advice, I could easily end up buying a wrong one. The price is also unbeatable! The quality is really good! My patio now looks amazing!

I have been looking for a patio set for 3 years! No kidding. It wasn’t something I absolutely needed so I was able to just wait for the right opportunity. I wanted something really nice but my budget was $ 1,000-$ 1,400 and I was feeling like I would never find anything I was happy with. That is… until I found Mark at Bay Area Patio! The furniture he has is the exact same manufacturer you would find in a glamorous showroom… except it’s in a warehouse at ½ of the cost! Trust me. I did aLOT of searching! Mark was very straight forward and helpful. I am a picky picky customer so it wasn’t easy finding something I would be happy with at the price I could afford. After visiting the warehouse a couple of time and not finding exactly what I wanted, I was able to explain to Mark what my budget was and what I was looking for. He called me about items that matched my criteria and I ended up buying the most fabulous outdoor set from him that was within my budget. I couldn’t be happier! Dealing with him has been such a pleasure that I am planning on furnishing my daughter’s entire bedroom with him as well. I would not only recommend him, but I would tell anyone that doesn’t check this place out that they were crazy! Rock bottom prices, high quality furnishings, and straight forward service. What more could you ask for?

Just to be fair, we didn’t actually buy anything here.
This is a small warehouse in the very back of an industrial park. Walking through the door, we were greeted with signs that said «cash only» and «no refund». This was an instant turn off to me. When asked the worker about the products he said that they were «no name» brands, imported directly from China. This was another turn off for me, as there’s no way to look the products up, read reviews, know anything about the manufacturing or the components.
No thanks.

Overall absolutely wonderful experience. Mark was helpful and straightforward. I came in with a budget and ended up furnishing my whole condo. I would definitely recommend people to shop here :)

I prefer not having the hassle to assemble furniture and reasonable delivery charges. Also while shopping for furniture, I am also interested in good quality at a good price. I recently moved and had to look for a new furniture for the new place. And that is when I found Mark and Bay Area Patio. I got all my indoor and outdoor furniture from here. The patio furniture is good quality and gives a feel of resort furniture. It was delivered on time and was completely put together during the delivery. I highly recommend Bay area Patio. I love this place and will be there soon for my other furniture needs. Thanks to them I don’t go around all furniture stores for deals and quality. It is a one shop stop. Love it.
