I worked with Amanda to sell a condo and buy a single family home and have only positive experience to share. Amanda positions her business as a small boutique that is very customer oriented. I still think that Amanda and her team was a blessing from above and cannot believe I am a proud home owner in one of the craziest real estate markets in America.
My first step was to sell a condo. During my first meeting with Amanda it was clear what needs to happen before the listing and what kind of repairs are needed to get done to get the best interest in the condo from buyers. Amanda also recommended a contractor (along with many other contacts for windows, carpets, hardwood floors, etc. I think I walked away with 10 new contacts in my phone). In 3 weeks the work in the condo was done and it went live on the market. Almost forgot — Amanda staged the condo saying it is crucial and makes a big difference during showing. And it did! After 2 open house weekends it was in contract and sold in 10 days. I also received all the documents from the sale on a single CD from Amanda’s office. Yay for not keeping extra 10 lbs of paper in the home office.
After this we moved on to the more difficult part — finding the right home. Amanda has many tools available that make search easy and as soon as I see something I like it takes 1 click of a button to notify Amanda and she will let me know when we can go see that property. I spent quiet some time browsing and seeing lots and lots of properties until I settled on one house. Here is where I was really impressed with Amanda and her team — Amanda went to the city building department to pull all of the permits on a house since it was built to make sure all work was done by a permit. How many agents would do that? Having a nice clean permit record is definitely a huge plus. There are many aspects of the transaction that is hidden from the buyer/​seller and I know Amanda with her team will be on top of them, making sure everything goes smoothly, and most importantly on time. Another important moment — Amanda keeps good business connections with lots of real estate agents/​brokers which is crucial for this business and ultimately benefits you as her client. A truly great experience from the beginning to end. Thank you Amanda and the team.

Amanda and Simon did an awesome job! My grandmother passed away and I had to fix up and sell her home. Amanda helped me with vendor selection and then Simon jumped in to help sell the home. They worked with me for months and did an AWESOME job. Amanda also helped me through a short sale with my condo back in 2011 and went through almost a full year waiting on bank approval and closing. I got to know about Amanda and Dynamic Solutions Realty through a co-​worker. I got a chance to work with both Amanda and Teresa from Dynamic Solutions Realty.
For the initial part of my home search, I worked with Amanda. I found her to be well experienced and professional. Of the houses that we saw together, she gave a honest opinion about the positives as well as the negatives of the house. Being a first time home buyer, she educated me on the various aspects of the house and the home buying process. I am happy with her handyman recommendations as well.
I worked with Teresa for the latter part of my house search and through the closing. She is very active and easily reachable. She used to take my calls even during the night and answer my concerns. Since I worked with her through the closing, I can say that she is prompt in following up and takes care of your interests. She provided her suggestions and opinions about various things and helped the decision making process easier for me. Even if there was something that she was not sure about, she did her research and got back to me at the earliest. There was some fix up to be done in the bathroom and she coordinated with the plumber and handyman in getting me the quotes etc even after the close.
Teri helped with all the documentation. I found her to be very organized. She put together a whole bunch of documents right from start to end and made me a CD.
During the entire process, no-​one made me feel pressured to buy a house and let me decide for myself. I feel that they work well as a team and recommend Dynamic Solutions Realty for your home purchase.

My husband and I have known Amanda for years. She has always been willing to help us with real estate questions even when were not completely sure if we were in the market to buy a house. This past October our landlord notified us that we would have to move by the end of December 2014 because he wanted to sell the house. We didn’t think we could buy a house but we found one within our range and we contacted Amanda to help us start the offer process. She worked quickly to get our offer in by the deadline and worked with us through the counter offer process. She was very wise in her negotiations with the seller and the seller’s realtor. My wife and I recently decided to downsize and sell our home. We had lived in our home for 27 years and are empty nesters. Though we know several realtors in the Fremont, CA area personally, Amanda was introduced to us through our daughter’s Mothers Of Pre Schoolers (MOPS) group and we felt an instant connection with her when we met to discuss the sale. Needless to say, this took a lot of pressure off us as we went through the grueling process of cleaning out 27 years of living from our old home.
Selling a home under any circumstances can be a very trying experience, yet Amanda held our hands, and walked us through the process almost painlessly and effortlessly. We were able to sell our home quickly, at a very good price over our asking bid. What more could we ask for.
