Professional, kind, and timely. Got into a car accident in my bmw 325i on 880 and they took care of me. It was a smooth process from start to finish but what id like to point out is that my car looks cleaann af! Thanks geico and acc! Was a great experience for me.

Wish it was possible to give no stars. I accidentally scratched the side of my car and broke my side view mirror. Worse than it sounds, very minor damage. Went in to get an estimate, Was told I had to get a new mirror, the front panel, front passenger side door, and rear door would have to be repainted. For the mirror alone they wanted to charge $ 300 Estimate for job $ 2,500.00. Completely more than I personally thought it would be considering the minimal damage. Went to get a second opinion at a near by shop. Was told there. ohh this is just surface damage. They ordered a mirror which cost $ 150. Went back the next day. They buffed out the surface damage. Finished the job within an hr and a half. Very satisfied with work. TOTAL CHARGE $ 200. Its thieves like this that give Body Shops and mechanics in generel a bad name. Thanks a lot for trying to screw over a customer ACC.

Just had my car fixed here recently and it was a great experience. They kept me posted every step of the way and were done in about half the time of what had originally been quoted to me.
I hope I dint need them again as it was body repair but if I do I will be completely comfortable knowing my car is in good hands.

Best experience ever. Had a car accident and my car was left horribly damage one of my friends recommended this body shop and I decided to try it and I don’t regret it. Good customer service, the people that work there know what there doing. My car was left brand new. I would totally recommend to everyone this shop.

Worst body shop to bring your car, place remind of messy junk yard. Promised to complete the work on time. Took them twice the time to do easy job. Never shows any appreciation for your patience. Owner and work crew extremely unconfident to do easy task. They keep order wrong parts and made a big mass inside my brand new car. Repair guy keep breaking parts when try to take apart. They seems to be careless. Look very disorganized. If you find repair not to your standard and you will. Don’t expect after service if, anything wrong with your car after the repair good luck. They will blame on you. They don’t give a shit. Only want your insurance money.

Best Place in Newark to have your Auto repaired! I have a 2015 Mazda 3 iTouring and 2 weeks ago I ran over an orange cone on the freeway. Needless to say, the cone damaged my bumper and radiator support. ACC came to my rescue and repaired my car exceptionally!
Special shot out to Carlos and Jeff for providing excellent customer service! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Auto Collision shop you can trust!

This place gives so many mixed messages it’s hard to tell if they actually care about you or are just pretending.
We brought our car in to be repaired since they are a Geico Xpress repair location. Drop off was easy, and they gave constant email updates of when it would be ready. However during pick up, the results were sub-​par to say the least. There was visible glue and compound still on the repaired areas. There were paint bumps and dimples in various places. And some parts were not sanded properly. Basically the car looked like it had been repaired at a low quality body shop. Definitely not the quality I was expecting from such a highly rated place on Unilocal.
Also, they had removed our car seats and forgotten to give it back to us, and had also disassembled the entire rear passenger seat for no reason and forgotten to reassemble it.
Obviously they had botched the job, so we sent it back to be done properly. The manager Carlos was very apologetic and said he was sorry they rushed the job, and how they would use this as an example to teach his staff what not to do, and even offered a rental car. Great, he’s going to take care of things we thought.
But after we dropped off the car to be repaired again, Carlos stopped replying to my status update e-​mails, and when we call the shop nobody has an idea when the car will be ready. It has already been a week now and we still have no idea what is going on. Combined with the time spent on the initial botched repair, the car has been in the shop more than 2 weeks with no updates.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience here especially since we saw so many great reviews. Next time we will take our car to a different place that hopefully can do the job right the first time and actually respond to update requests. If you care about your customers don’t just talk about it, show it!

I’ve been to a number of body shops because something always happens to my Civic: hit and run, a friend was driving and scraped the side of a cliff, and (the most recent) someone rear ended me. Luckily it wasn’t that much damage, just damage to the rear bumper. The driver accepted full liability and he was covered by Geico. Talking to Geico was really easy and they recommended ACC which is right near where I live.
I just want to start off with: the service and quality of ACC is incredible! The moment I walked into the door at 7:50am (10 minutes before my appointment), I was greated by Jesse, the Geico representative. He walked me through all the details, walked me around my car to note the damage, and then headed back inside to talk to the shop manager, Carlos. Carlos was friendly and had me sign a couple of things and then I went to see Enterprise, which was literally the room around the corner. Mike explained everything to me and walked me out to the rental and gave me the keys. I was out of the parking lot by 8:10am. This place could not be more efficient and friendly! It was great!
I was updated with the progress of my repair every step of the way. By the end of the next day, I was told that I could pick up my car. I go in the following morning to pickup my car and the rear bumper looked like it was new. It was the most hassle free repair that I have ever experienced! And they have even took the time to detail my car: inside and out!
I’ve been to other body shops, so why am I acting surprised by the detailing? It’s because they did such a great job of detailing my car! I just gotten back from a road trip over July 4^th and I haven’t washed my car in about 2 months. The exterior was as shiny as when I first bought my car. Even the hub caps were free of break dust and my tires were sparkling. Even better, the weather strip on my windshield was repaired too. Before it was peeling away from the edge and dangling in my field of view, but ACC had pushed it back and bonded it in place. As for the inside, it was like new. I usually keep my interior very clean, but ACC had gone the extra step and dusted my entire interior (which needed it) and vacuumed every nook and cranny. For example, they even vacuumed under the floor mats and all the weather seals around the door and trunk where leaves/​twigs can get caught. They didn’t tell me about any of this to take credit. I’m just a detailed person and noticed all the good work they had done.
All in all, if you want to get your car repaired or get your car detailed, come to this place. You’ll be out the door in no time and extremely happy!

There were defininately some problems with lack of attention to detail (sometimes more than a detail) and lack of communication for the purpsose of reducing costs; so be sure that everything is done and inspect carefully. The estimate turned out to be low because they weren’t repairing all the damage. But I found Carlos to be fair in resolving issues. Thank you for that.

Let me start this off on the right foot: I HATE coming into repair shops of any kind, because that would just mean I have a dent/​scratch/​whatever on my car that I need to take care of. Now, the latest damage I took: some kid in the neighborhood keyed my car, one on the rear trunk hood, and one on the driver side door. I own a Honda Accord Coupe in metal gray, and that key mark is right through the paint and nothing I can do myself to fix it. Since I need it fixed fast and well done (it’s a lease car, so you know the drill, it needs to be like new… blah blah blah…), I ended up calling Geico to fix it through their shops.
Drop off was easy, the shop is small (I didn’t get to tour the garage, but I don’t need to) and parking can be somewhat limited, but man, they do streamline their work. They have a small office for their Geico people, as well as a small satellite office for Enterprise. Made an appointment for 830AM and pretty much drove off with an upgraded rental (all details taken care of the day before over the phone, very nice service) in less than 20 minutes.
The shop is pretty good on getting you your repair status, which I needed, because I ended up trading in my vehicle for a new lease over the weekend. I picked up the car, and I swear that I can’t see where the keyed mark is! I mean, I know where it used to be, but they did a decent job to fix that, so my dealership didn’t even say anything when they took the car for trade-​in.
I like ACC for a few reasons:
Streamline service, insurance+rental+repair in one location (only Geico and Enterprise), so if you do your homework upfront, and SHOW UP ON TIME (one guy actually was close to 2 hours late and had to wait another 2 hours, he left in a fit, that’s just stupid, you make an appointment, you keep it or you change it), you should be able to leave the shop within 30 minutes, which is a big plus since we all got busy schedules to get to work and other places. The place tends to be a little crowded (the lot next door is building, so they can’t park on the street), so don’t plan to bring more than necessary vehicles, or you will be wondering where to park.
Service, they are good, and the work is well done. Besides, their estimate on how long it will take is pretty much on the dot, minus a few hours, and wouldn’t charge you more than what they estimated (doesn’t matter to me, I pay my deductible and insurance pays the rest, but still, if you pay out of your own pocket, you wouldn’t want surprises). The car was dusty when I picked up, but I assume from limited water usage and construction next door, that is least of my worries.
I left a happy customer, because they did what they promised they will. I wouldn’t want to come back (don’t get me wrong, this is not one of the places you want to come back more than once), but if I have future paint/​body jobs that I need, they will be the ones that I will talk to first to see how they can fix it. Great job guys! Thanks for making it look like new.

Geico adjuster onsite and based on the reviews I thought this would be a slam dunk no problem. WRoNg!!! (I purposely changed the caps to make this stand out)
They lack attention to details!!! They know they have more than a 60% chance to get the business if you are a Geico customer and since Geico gives a life of the vehicle guarantee for the repairs. Two parts that were on the quote were totally missed. Took them 6.5 business days to repair a minor dent and repaint scratches, not to mention losing the use of my vehicle for 10 days.
ITS ONE THING TO BE SLOW AND DETAIL ORIENTED TO DO the JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. ITS ANOTHER THING TO JUST BE SLOW!!!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! THE CONVENIENCE IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND RISE IN BLOOD PRESSURE!!!

The shop was extremely helpful in replacing my driver side window.
They were able to replace it the same day as they had it in stock. They have great customer service and the prices were very reasonable!

This place is a gem, my dad backed his car into my car a few months back so both cars needed some repairs and needless to say we were a bit scared because of the high costs. we came here got a quote and decided to give this place a shot. Boy we are so glad we did, the work they did was immaculate you can’t even see the damage! just like new, prices are very fair, friendly service, and it was done quick! I’m very particular about my car and the quality of work done on it so take it from me! this place is great. I live in LA so when this happened, I actually had to speak with shop over the phone, and they were very easy to communicate with. I saw the results when I got home and was very impressed!

My IS 250 and I have been in a few minor accidents since I started driving back in 2009.
The first was when I hit my mom’s car while backing out of our driveway… oops.
The last was when I was backing out of a tight parking spot and gently scraped my car’s back bumper against a wall… sigh. As a result, the paint came off. Kind of like last time when I hit a pole and my car’s front bumper got torn up, but to a lesser degree.
I came to ACC Auto Collision Center per a friend’s recommendation, and they were great. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but they were also quick to fix my car’s disfigured rear. Pricing was more than reasonable, especially in comparison to past auto body repairs.

I am really upset at the fact that I went to pick up my car to find that my drivers side floor mat was very filthy. they didn’t even bothered to clean it up. they instead covered it up with a paper floor mat to hide it. am I very pissed about this, because the car is new and my floor mat didn’t look that way when I brought it to the shop. today when I went over to show them the picture all they can say is sorry we can vacuum it our for you. why didn’t you vacuum it when it was there. you call yourselves a Diamond Certified company. if that’s the case that needs to be reviewed. so ACC I don’t want a email from you apologizing or offering something to fix the Unilocal review.

The newark location is actually partner with Geico, and I have the opportunity to get served because I took a Geico express repair right there.
It has been two times they help me with my car, both are for bodywork. The work is great, which makes the part look like brand new, and they have life time warranty for their work, just keep all the documents.
Further more, if there is anything unexpected happened before you picked your car, which causes damages, they would be responsible for it totally, they are always working to get your 100% satisfaction.

After I got a paint job done on the roof of my 2007 Civic Si (paint was peeling due to the summer heat, which is common for this model of the SI) at the Mountain View Body Shop, I asked the manager if he had any recommendations for a body shop in the east bay. He referred me to this shop.
I called in and they fixed up some scratches and small dents on my car for free! They got it done in a day, and I was very happy with how my car looked afterwards!

Somebody hit our parked car in a parking lot and scratched up the rear passenger door. The jerks drove off and never left a note either. I hope they get what’s coming to them. Anyway, I called ACC and they asked me to stop by.
The next day I stopped by the office around 5pm. I walked in to the office and it was pretty nicely decorated for an auto body shop. Free coffee too! Score! I spoke with the rep and we went to check out my car he said, «Let me take it to see if we can just buff it out to see if that can fix the damage.» A few minutes later he brings the car back out and says ok, «You’re good to go» Wait what? How much? «Don’t worry about. It’s on us.»
Wow, awesome. So I stop in and they just fix my problem right away. That’s pretty damn good service and I didn’t even shell out a dime. The car looks great again. If in the future I need more body work on my car (I hope I won’t) but I’ll be sure to bring my business to them for treating me so well the first time.
They were very friendly when I walked in and it was almost closing time too. And they didn’t try to cheat me out of money even though they could have charged me something. He said, all they did was buff the door a little and it fixed the problem. I don’t know what the normal price of buffing a car is but I’m very pleased with what they did. Thanks ACC.

A friend of the family recommended ACC, so I recently went there to fix the front bumper of my Lexus ES 300. Being a college student, I had very little money to fix my car and I didn’t want to go through insurance and raise my premium. So they gave me a good cash deal but it was more about their professionalism, that led me to choose ACC. When all was said and done, they did a great job with my vehicle; my friends all commented on how they couldn’t even tell my car had been damaged before.
Carlos and Fernando were very helpful during the process. I’ll definitely bring my car back to them when I’m off school and in town during the summer.
