History

Established in 2015.

Chef Andre Ford has many years experience in the culinary field. He has graduated from the CIA and the Culinary Institute of America. With a specialized background in pastry, there isn’t much that he can’t do. He has worked in several high end restaurants and bakeries throughout NYC as well as luxury cruise ships catering to a smaller group of clientele servicing a couple hundred guests at a time. With a passion for food, he focuses on creating classics and crafting specialty, unique items for the client. And so, the company was born, wanting to really make a mark within the culinary world, starting in NYC. At Zikomo Andre, its all about presentation, pleasure, and passion.
