Walk in mostly. Office is full of old grandma and grandpas. Your experience will depend on the time you go, how busy it is and which therapist you get. I got a young female one the first time and her massage was weak. The second time I got a short medium build chinese guy. He was diesel and his massage felt like a deep tissue massage. The third time I got ralph. He was more Americanized and can carry a conversation but his massage was mediocre. The difference during my third visit was a para bath. Where they dipped my hand into liquid wax. It was hot and felt good. Don’t know why they didn’t offer it during my other visits.
They don’t accept worker comp or accident cases
