As a Registered Nurse and fitness teacher, I appreciate what it takes to enjoy a vibrant life here in New York City. This includes work that supports my values, time to enjoy my family and friends all over the country, plus exciting traveling that includes yearly European trips with my artistic husband.

I specialize in helping professionals stay out of the «stress» zone, which can include fatigue, being overweight, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. These professionals want to feel better now, avoid the illness and the drugs that can have side effects. We offer a Wellness Evaluation, coaching and an elite line of health products to reduce the impact stress can have so that they may have energy, health, and look fabulous!
