The guys here are so nice! I dropped my Galaxy Note 4 and even though the screen didn’t break, the LCD and digitizer were shot. I went replacement shopping and Yafix had great reviews and great customer service, plus it was definitely a reasonable price. They didn’t have the parts on the first day I went, but put in an order for me ASAP and emailed/​called me as soon as they got it. Dropped it off and had it fixed in an hour. Thank you guys :)

Took my galaxy note 4 phone for LCD screen repair. I was desperate as i was phone-​less foe almost 3 days and tried many shops in NYC And came out empty handed. Then i found this small store n korea town n Nyc. Simon welcomed me and assured me that he can it for me and told me to come in 1hrs. Being very confidential and not liking leaving my phone unattended, he assured me that my personal photos and information wont be touched. I felt assured. And he kept his word. I came n 1hr and VOLA, screen is fixed. I cost me 200 $. I really don’t know why do i pay insurance monthly to at&t when i cant get the screen replaced when needed ehich is the most common complain the customers have especially those who wana keep the phone and not replace it. Doesn’t make sense to replace the phone and go over the hassle of downloading the programs and etc…
Anyways… I was disappointed with at&t support center and extremely happy with YaFix and Simon.
They are professional and keep their words… two thumps up

Great service, great price. I asked them if I could drop off my phone a few hours beforehand since I was going to be in ktown having drinks for HH. They said no problem, walked in, dropped off my iPhone 5, went to a bar across the street, had a couple drinks, came back and had a brand new screen in about 30 min. $ 80 for no hassle and a quick turn around. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Came in on 6÷1÷12 to get my iPhone 4 front and back screens replaced. Decided to get the color changed completely. I didn’t have an appointment but Gabrielle was so nice to squeezed me in. The phone looks great, however you can notice a big difference in the retina display. All my coworkers have iPhone 4’s and you can definitely see the difference. P. S. Gabrielle is SUPER HOT!!! So I’ll give you guys en extra star. Pretty sure he’s straight but I would do him any-​day!

I went here because my phone screen was cracked, They fixed it and a week later it started having problems. I took it back and they changed the screen free of charge. Later on I was having some other issues. They took it back the next day and gave me a free battery replacement + they disassembled my phone to see what was wrong with it free of charge. Great guys to works with.

The place is a little bit hard to get to after hours, given you need a keycard to get in after 6pm. Aside from that, the man does a great job of fixing phones in a timely manner and does a good job explaining how he does it too.
I recommend making an appointment and he was nice enough to give coupons for our friends who need to get their phones/​macs fixed. Great guy and wonderful customer service. =)

Our 2 yr old shattered our iPad screen (even though there is a toddler-​proof case on it), so I got on Unilocal to find a well-​reviewed screen repairer. Yafix was the obvious choice.
I didn’t realize I should’ve made an appointment but Alberto not only took the walk-​in, he had the iPad fixed within a couple hours. And with the 20% Unilocal check-​in discount, it was a VERY affordable service.
So accommodating, no attitude. What a great resource to have when your fragile Mac product eats it and you need it back sooner than later.

Went with a Groupon to fix completely destroyed iPhone screen (cracked so badly that pieces of the screen were missing leaving the bits of technology exposed). Very nice staff. Phone fixed within 20min, even though I was late to my apt ’cause I had trouble finding the place. Let me use one their laptops so I could keep up with work emails while I waited. Total came out to about $ 80, minus the $ 50 pre-​paid groupon value. Even without the groupon, the total cost would’ve been worth it, compared to other places that charge practically as much but take your phone away overnight.

I dropped and broke the glass on my iPhone 4S. I bought a Groupon but was unable to make an appointment I could keep. I just stopped in today and they were great! They took my phone and called me when it was ready (in an hour and a half). They fixed the glass and I had them put a new screen protector on. It was done perfectly. My phone is like new. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I took my iPhone 4S to Yafix for repair. I was able to get an appointment the same day. You can kind of tell it’s a start-​up, but the guy who fixed my phone was really nice. It took a little longer than hey had said it would have (online said it would be 30 minutes, he told me 75 minutes, turned out to be about 2 hours…) but my phone was fixed and I’m happy.
Really affordable prices, and the repair is quality. I’d go here if you need a fast repair!

My son cracked the screen on an iPod Touch, 4th generation. Feeling nerdy, I thought I might be able to fix it myself, but a little research into what the repair entails disabused me of that notion. Ran it up to Yafix. Quickly fixed the screen, and they replaced a defective battery when they found a problem and threw in a screen protector for free.

Seriously these guys are the Sh*t… I dropped my phone in water last week… put in a bag of rice for 48hrs, nada. I brought the phone in today and they fixed it completely within an hour. So… that brings me to two cracked screens and one phone with water damage.
I wouldn’t bother with some of these other shady shops. You won’t get any BS here.

I recently got my iphone screen fixed by Yafix, and I am very happy with the service.
PROS:
–great customer service
–Living Social deal: $ 29 for $ 100 worth of service. My ultimate total for replacing my cracked screen (+ matte screen cover) was $ 67. Couldn’t find a cheaper deal elsewhere.
–Matte screen cover for $ 5!
CONS:
–confusing location (no clear store name out front) and have to call them to get into the building
Overall:
–without the deal, replacing the front screen is pretty pricey ($ 130), but if you have a deal, i think it’s definitely worth it. The guy who fixed my screen was very nice and accommodating.

Yafix has reasonable prices, plus they offer professional service. I had them replace the glass of my old iphone yesterday and they did it very quickly! I am just so happy that I found Yafix on Unilocal otherwise I would’ve ended up paying more or getting terrible service elsewhere. I will definitely recommend Yafix to my family and friends!

From a cracked screen to a phone that I thought was gone for sure… They’ve been able to repair it all for a low (and I mean low) price. The guys are very professional, trustworthy, and they know what they’re doing. I can email them at any crazy hour of the day and expect a response in no less than 10 minutes. They. Are. THE. BEST. I love YaFix!
