I’ve been going to Xiao for the past 3 month and it’s been a great experience. They have a wide array of services from massage, acupuncture, cupping, guasha, etc. The office does get busy sometimes when there are random walk-ins, otherwise, I haven’t had any issues with booking appointments. Everyone is very friendly. Take advantage of your insurance covering, some of the therapy might be covered. But I would definitely recommend scoping the place out using a groupon deal.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage here and it was wonderful. Keep in mind, this is not a spa — it’s more of a doctor’s office. So don’t expect tranquil music, beautiful linens, bath robes, cucumber water, and all that fancy stuff. BUT you can expect a wonderful, therapeutic, and healing massage. I have had massages all over NYC from The Plaza Hotel to Chinatown. The massage at Xiao Acupuncture was truly impressive. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was very clean. I left feeling refreshed; no pain, no bruising. I will definitely be returning here with or without a Groupon.

I had been going to chiropractors for years for chronic back pain. Unfortunately, the pain never went away. In fact, the only time I would go to a chiropractor is when the pain became unbearable. Recently I just got so fed up with my chronic condition that I began to look into other therapies. I had never had acupuncture before and wanted to at least try it before opting for something more serious like surgery. I looked on Groupon and found a great deal for 3 sessions at Xiao. I was skeptical at first but within 24 hours after my first session I felt better than I had in 20+ years. Needless to say I was super impressed. The staff is very kind and well educated. I received combinations of acupuncture, cupping, and deep tissue massage. Don’t let the lack of reviews or humble facility fool you. They’re the real deal and I will most certainly be going back when needed.
