Wycoff Self Storage

I have been with this exact company for a over a year maybe two years and i was very disappointed in their customer service. They of course only want you to make a sale and after they have you in that’s when you start to get ticked off. I am not a picky person but the staff are extremely rude and i mean rude. I will never use their services again.
One thing that annoyed me about them was that every 3 – 4 months they were raising the rent. I started paying around less than $ 80 a month for my space … before i left it went all the way up to almost $ 150. I didn’t understand for as long as i was a customer with them why keep raising it?! Well whatever that’s not what really bothered me.
It was the day i was moving things out that they got real nasty. Not only with me but also this other couple that was busy moving their things in. I got there about ²⁄₃ hours before closing time. Once it was two hours in of when they were about to close one of the guys who work there … I believe his name is Omar or Oscar and yes i am shouting him out! Comes to me and tells us to hurry up and get the stuff that we cleaned out of storage out of the way because they were about to close in two hours. I told him OK thank you but don’t worry we’ll be done by then cause i only live like 2 blocks away, everything will be moved out before you close. So in the process of just me and my mother moving things out back and forth traveling with tons of items in our car the guy repeatedly within those two hour came to us i kid you not about 7 times to check on us and kept repeating himself. I was trying to keep my cool because i wanted to get everything out of there plus my mother hates arguments and she gets really really nervous so to avoid getting her all worried i kept my trap shut. So i told him listen i will get things out on time do me the favor and don’t worry about it, you only need to tell us once. So whatever he leaves. I was busy trying to move everything so i can go pay him my last invoice and leave. The guy had the nerve to call my house and tell my grandmother, «listen someones moving out of the storage spot that we have registered under this phone number can you please tell them to hurry up before we close so they can pay their last invoice». My grandmother being the touchy lady she is tells him off and tells him to leave us alone were gonna get everything moved out on time, what does he think were speedy Gonzalez and they closed in another 45 minutes so why are they rushing, that we were almost done. So the guy curses my grandmother out and hangs up. I wasn’t aware of this till i got back to the storage place after i was done moving everything and the guy comes to me and tells me «listen, whoever i was on the phone with cursed us out and we don’t appreciate that». I’m like huh? no one was on the phone with you. What are you talking about. He said «we called the number on file». I’m like «OK the only person home is my grandmother and shes very religious i doubt she cursed you out». He says «whatever» and leaves. So when i am paying my final invoice the two guys at the front desk are rushing everything (mind you there’s half hour left to closed) they lock the front doors some people wanted to come in and pay their bills and they tell them to come back tomorrow their closed, the people leave pissed. Then the whole time their printing out my receipt they are complaining about how «these people think we don’t have lives, this is f* annoying» etc. I told them listen i know your in a rush to go home but you still have half hour left, so why close the doors. He continued to tell me cause they had to get everything ready for next day etc. So i told him then change your signs with the hours cause that’s rude and you shouldn’t be talking about customers when I’m still here. They apologised but they are so ghetto and rude and very unprofessional. I will never do service with them again.
