My father underwent surgery for hearing problems.
The doctor was fantastic. I had questions and he kept calling me until he got in touch with me. That’s a caring doctor in my opinion. Most doctors simply don’t care enough given their busy schedule. And, of course, if you look at his resume, you can be assured that he knows what he’s doing.
Also, the nurse/​administrator that was handling my father’s case was REALLY awesome. She’s now the head of another department I think but I just wanted to mention how great she was. She kept calling my father’s insurance company until the surgery was approved because Aetna was being such a pain in the butt. Really went out of the way to make us happy. (This is something I rarely see among doctor office staff. For some reason, they are usually always so grumpy!)
