Since founding Winslow & Company LLC in 1999, Joshua has assembled a team of real estate professionals with relevant backgrounds and experience. The broker’s professional backgrounds include a registered architect, Mechanical Engineer, Construction Manager, lawyer, Marketing/​Advertising Executive, Healthcare Provider and Restaurant Manager. Tenants saved hundreds of thousands of dollars when Winslow & Co. identified and secured locations that substantially met their needs, in many cases «AS IS» with above standard capital improvements or otherwise requiring minor work which more often then not we’re able to work in to the deal during negotiations. In order to find the right space you have to understand the tenant requirements and know the market place.
