Specialties
Based in midtown Manhattan, the law offices of Weidenbaum & Harari provide the best of both worlds – large firm experience with small firm personal service. We focus on developing creative legal solutions that address each client’s requirements and practical needs, with the expert advice and individual attention they deserve.
Our real estate attorneys provide well-timed and well-conducted negotiations, accurate documentation to expedite transactions, and a meticulous attention to detail. We conduct careful, extensive due diligence for every transaction and review board minutes, building financials, and contact management companies in search of potential litigation, noise, water, infestation, or other such issues. For new construction projects, we carefully review the offering plan materials and provide a detailed written summary memorandum.
History
Established in 1999.
You could say that our law firm had its origins back in the 1970s, when partners Barry Weidenbaum and Jack Harari, two of the youngest kids in class, teamed up to win a 2-on-2 soccer tournament at their grammar school in New York. It was here that they first learned the importance of teamwork and started a relationship built on honesty and trust that continued throughout high school and college. About 25 years later, they teamed up again to form Weidenbaum & Harari, a Manhattan-based law firm, focused on serving the legal needs of the real estate and construction industries.
Over the years, Weidenbaum & Harari has grown to become a successful law practice by cultivating those same concepts of teamwork, trust, and honesty that Jack and Barry began back in grammar school. In fact, it is the character of our attorneys and support staff that is a hallmark of the firm.
