I love cooking. I love to see somebody who tastes meal i just cooked and say yummy! That is something triggered me to run in this business.
To be honest, i didn’t realized difficulty of this kind of business. But again i love cooking, I cook like my mom, with love.

I graduated Tbilisi State University and became a seismologist. Worked in Institute Of Geofizik until came to United States. Got married. Loving cooking, always dreamed to own small restaurant. This country gave me opportunity to realize my ability in this kind of business. Opening Georgian restaurant gave me shans introduce to Americans my native country’s, Georgia’s cuisine along to the other nations. Business name «Giorgi & Aunt inc» Giorgi is my nephew, he is with me in this business helping me a lot. One more dream came true!
