Walk the Line

Ricky, Adam, & Jake are the best! We were very hesitant to have «strangers» in our home and walk our 3 dogs. They are reliable, ready to help & change their schedule to help us. Finding them from someone in our building was such a lucky day — we never worry about the care our dogs are getting when Walk the Line shows up!
For anyone living in Hamilton Heights, I highly recommend them!

As first-​time dog owners, we didn’t know what to expect when we hired a dog walker for our 4 year old rescue poodle. Walk the Line has done an amazing job. Ricky and Erin were absolutely instrumental in getting our dog accustomed to New York City living. They are happy to accomodate any requests for feeding or help with bathroom training. If the weather’s too harsh, they’ll make sure your dog gets play and exercise indoors. Best of all, they’re incredibly reliable and have never missed a walk. We’re so grateful to have found them and have complete trust in their services. Would highly recommend!

LOVE!!! We’ve used WTL when we’ve have to travel out of town and can’t bring our 2 poochies. Not only does Ricky do a fantastic job of actually walking & feeding the dogs, but he genuinely CARES for them the way we would. He spends time playing with them and picks up on their personality differences (1 of our dogs has never met a stranger, and the other is afraid of his own shadow) so he knows how best to handle them. I also love that he follows up once we’re back to fill us in on how the walks went. Last time we went away, we came home to an email from Ricky mentioning one of the dogs was taking longer to «go» which could be a sign of a UTI. Little did he know I’d JUST mentioned to my husband that I thought something was wrong. A quick trip to the vet later, the dog is now fine, and I have Ricky to thank for voicing his concern!

I love Ricky and Katie from Walk the Line. I don’t know what I would do without them! My dog, Samson, is a little shy. Ricky and Katie both worked very hard to make him comfortable and to build his trust. Now he has a great time running with Ricky and enjoys getting some love from him and Katie when they walk him during the day.
They are always quick to respond to my requests and have been wonderful about making themselves available on short notice. I highly recommend Walk the Line!
