They gave me the most watered down taro milk tea I’ve ever had. They don’t give a stamp on the rewards card. They don’t accept credit. They guy making the drinks is slow af and rude. I’ll never go to this location again. You’re much better off going to the John St. location where you’ll get better product and service. I gave it an extra star because the brand overall is good, it’s just this location that sucks. Avoid.

A tiny place but very good selection of bubble drinks and fair prices. Make sure to have cash since they don’t take CC. Always fast and tastes great.

Love Vivi’s! Fairly cheap and quick service. Just occasionally odd hours thanks for it being in Financial District

This is one of my favorite bubble tea places in the area! The tea is flavorful and good and the tapioca balls are not too hard or soft. They are easy to chew and don’t infringe on the flavor and fullness of the tea. It is also one of the more reasonably priced bubble tea places in area. They only reason i didn’t give this place 5 stars is because this location doesn’t sell the popcorn chicken :(Also this place is CASHONLY

Vivi is a solid place to grab some bubble tea if you work in the financial district. It’s a little storefront with a bunch of photos of what they offer. You go up, place your order, pay, and are given your tea. I went with the plain tea with extra bubbles(cold). It was light and refreshing and not heavy like some bubble teas tend to be. They offer two sizes: medium and large. There are various flavors to choose from, however, for my first time there I wanted to stick with something simple.

Very excited to stumble upon this bubble tea place on my way to lunch. I went at non-peak time so it was really quick to get my Pearl Milk Green Tea. I was pleasantly surprised by the prominent tea flavor in the drink, which is usually masked by over-sweetness at mediocre bubble tea places. Only complaint is the tapioca to drink ratio is too high, but won’t take away too many stars from the overall great flavor!

After coming here for more than 15x they have gotten much faster. It’s a small place so really only one person can make the bubble. However, the coffee milk bubble tea is very good. I would definitely recommend it. I’ll try the other flavors soon enough. I do wish they would take card or offer some kind of loyalty reward. I hate having to deal with spare change. PS: The correct address is 18 Beaver St

First of all — I am a bubble tea fanatic. Had boba all over the world — China, Canada, Taiwan, Korea, etc. Got Japanese Matcha — color was yellow-ish white. @_@ ½ tapioca 70% sweet. Tasted horrible. By the time I got there, two guys in front of me already ordered and was waiting for their drink. I placed an order and but it took more than 5 mins get my drink. 1 counter girl and 2 additional making the drinks and they were REALLY slow. Get ready for long wait if you go during peak hours. I also found out that this Vivi location is a different owner — than the other one on 39 John St. they do not have frequent card — no buy 5⁄4 and get one free. I will get other drinks and let you know how they are. Before 11am — all Med. 16 oz size drinks are $ 2. Large is $ 3.
