Justin and his team are wonderful to work with. With just a quick email or phone call someone from his team is at our office within a day or logging into our computers virtually to fix any issue that we have. Whether big or small, they never make us feel like we are computer idiots (even if we feel that way sometimes!).

The company I work for partners with Virtua Computers on all our IT/​Tech needs, and over the past 2 years I have been saved many times by Justin and his team. They are quick to assist, bring insights on new technology/​Mac systems to our team, and always take the time talk you through any issues step-​by-​step. I’ve had a few tech emergencies arise and Justin and team (shout out to the wonderful/​helpful Brian and Ryan) are always there to assist or talk me through the issues with ease.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share my experience with Virtua. I have been using their services for over 4 years and have never had a bad encounter with them. Justin and his team are always very attentive, professional and helpful, going above and beyond the normal IT/​client relationship. My staff and I really feel that the team at Virtua is invested in us and treats us as a top priority whenever we contact them.
As a small business it is imperative to have good outsourced IT services to keep our day to day operations flowing smoothly. Partnering with Virtua Computers has been a rewarding and productive experience. Having them available makes my company run more productive and be more profitable.

I’ve been working with Virtua Computers for about 5 years now — during my employment with two different companies. Both small businesses and both heavily reliant on Mac systems, Justin (the owner) always knows the best ways to meet our needs. He and his team troubleshoot on the fly, quickly resolving any issues that would otherwise be extremely problematic to workflow. Additionally, it shows he cares about the success of his clients and the role his company plays in that. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain our options and gives us his best advice. Also, despite having a fairly large client base, they always manage to make us feel like a priority. In the world of small businesses, that is very comforting.
It is truly a privilege to have a team of people as highly talented as Virtua Computers, helping us to flourish and reach our full potential beyond the ever-​increasing challenges of developing technology. I’m not sure why there would be a negative review about them at all, but as they say, you can’t please everyone!

Brian and Ryan are great guys, but the owner, Justin, has serious social problems. For one, emailing them involves using this special email application that is unbelievably cumbersome and unnecessary. Secondly, Justin’s service is appalling. We have a perfectly working server at our office but we needed to expand it. They said it was impossible to expand and that we’d need a more expensive option. When we questioned it over the phone, Justin turned childishly defensive, practically screamed as his normal speaking tone, and huffed and puffed saying that he’ll talk to his friend. He then came back to us with a $ 30 — $ 50k complete overhaul option! When we questioned that through email, he freaked out again in every one of our responses and when we asked how we can move forward, he said he didn’t want us as a client.
Once again, we decided to go with this company because Brian and Ryan were the first people we met with and they were great guys. Then the owner came into the picture and showed us that he’s the one who calls the shots: an incredibly abrasive and egotistical person who cannot think creatively past cookie-​cutter options that anyone with a limited knowledge of networks can think of.

Virtua is a real pleasure to work with. Friendly service and timely delivery on all services makes me a very happy client.

I have to say, I don’t typically write reviews, but I had to for this company. I am a long-​time client. Virtua Computers is my one-​source for computer, electronic needs. They always answer my questions and put forth 110%. I highly recommend this company!

These guys rock. They are always available to help with any and every issue that comes up and are truly Mac geniuses. Whenever I have a problem with any of my Mac products at work or at home, I always ask them first vs the genius bar at the Mac store.
I highly recommend them for any business or personal computer/​networking work. They are friendly, available and highly knowledgeable. When all is said and done, they know what they are doing and I can trust that.
