I wish I can give 0star but I am giving one because of the security and the tall retail girl who was nice.
This other sale associate was so rude when I asked her for size 7, and I asked her again after a while she shook her head and walked away. For a reputated that’s not the customer service I was expecting even though I read about their poor customer service.
She walked away and the other tall girl helped me. I read the reviews about horrible experience and sadly it’s true. I forgot to get that retail girl’s name but I am planning on calling the store. Horrible service!

horrible service! don’t ever shop here!!! i bought the vc wayman 001 strap boots online from the store & went back to the store to return it & the sales associate told me «all sales» are final even though in the receipt it says «vince camuto full price merchandise can only be returned to a vince camuto retail location (which i did). returns made with the original receipt by january 12^th, 2016 will receive a full refund for the price paid in the original form of payment. there are other store retailers when you can wear something for 6 months & you can return it with no problem (not saying that i’ve done that but the quality of customer service here sucks & on top of that while i am trying to discuss my frustrations with the sales associate she just walked away from me as if i wasn’t even there which built more frustration & the boss was no help neither. i will never ever in my life shop at a vince camuto store ever again.

This store is beautiful! Great experience overall from start to finish! The whole staff was super nice and really knowledgeable on all the product. Customer service was impeccable, like nothing I have ever experienced before. I will now be a regular of the 34^th st store.

I went into this store about a week ago looking for something very specific, the girls there were so beyond helpful! I was looking for a shoe for my birthday dress and they helped me pick the best style and color to match. I took the shoes home and was absolutelyyyy in love with the styling they made happen.
The store was extremely clean and every one was so friendly. The girl that helped me I believe was the manager her name started with an M, beautiful young girl — she was amazing.
I will 100% be back to this location!!! Thanks girls!

I was new to the brand and the sales associate was very educated on the history and biography behind Vince Camuto and their products.
These shoes are extremely comfortable and well made in comparison to Steve Madden or Aldo, this brand puts memory foam in the soles so the pumps I purchased felt great while dancing in them all night.
They also run great sales and promos and you cannot beat the price for their quality.

When I walked into the store, the manager greeted me right away and asked one of the sales associates (Kaitlyn, not sure of sp?) to help me with my purchase. She suggested different styles that she I’d like and brought out both these suggestions and ones that I expressed interest in. I tried on at least 5 or 6 pairs of shoes before finally deciding on one.
When I brought the shoes back 2 days later (because they was hurting my feet) Kaitlyn was there again and helped me choose another pair that was more comfortable. Never once did I feel like like she was annoyed that I brought back the shoes to exchange them or for trying multiple pairs of shoes on in the first place! She was always smiling and acted extremely friendly towards me.
The service here is wonderful and I’d definitely come back just for that!
(-1 star for the return/​exchange policy. Once worn (lightly-​even for a day), the shoes cannot be fully returned for the price that they were purchased at. They can only be exchanged for another item that’s of equal or more value so if the newer item you want isn’t more higher in price, you’d have to buy something additional (I had to buy a pair of sunglasses because the new pair of shoes that I got were less expensive than Not sure if this is standard among shoe stores but it was a little annoying to deal with.)

Once you order online your cannot return it in the stores unlike most other reputable retailers. I had to find out the hard way; there was no where in the invoice indicating that returns cannot be processed in retails stores. In addition the employee that did not help me basically said just call the number listed on the invoice, she can’t help me… In the bitchiest attitude. Basically she’s rude and useless. She’s the short haired brunette with the stucked up face.
Time to switch brands and buy better shoes. I’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality and design of their shoes. Super disappointed in many ways.

The customer service here is top-​notch. I walked in, was immediately helped, and then offered a flute of champagne while I tried on shoes. Um, YES PLEASE. The employees were very knowledgeable about fit, and offered to stretch my new shoes right then and there. As someone who has only recently healed from foot surgery, they had good suggestions for what shoes would and wouldn’t work for me. They aren’t the cheapest shoes around, but the leather is soft and the shoes appear well-​constructed. I’ll return here for my next pair.
