Wonderful customer service, great selections, and great sales!!! Definitely recommend!

This is a decent destination to shop, but only if it isn’t during peak shopping hours. If it is busy, the staff is easily overwhelmed by the number of non-​English speaking clients and struggles with the amount of traffic. The only associate who consistently delivered exceptional service is the attendant in the second floor changing room. She’s awesome.

My favorite location !! I was there last Sunday. The staff was so helpful, the girl at the register I mean everybody !! I ended up spending few hundred lol! Thank

This Vicky Secrets is probably my favorite one in the city thus far, I’m thoroughly impressed (WOW) for obvious reasons from the get-​go.
1) sprawling space… This loc. is HUGE! Which means stock is on point, and whatever you can’t find elsewhere you will 98% chance find it here! 3 gigantic floors pink/​sports basement, basic first floor and super sexy lacy shit upstairs along with fitting rooms.
2) sales reps on the floor are super attentive, sweet, funny, and HELPFUL! I had 3 girls care for me, not one gave attitude or took long. And all 3 were fast to deliver, on point with suggestions, sizes etc. and super patient! no bullshit… To the point, direct service. One girl I had (Kim?) was phenomenal. I watched her work with other girls, same professionalism. Girl hooked us up!
3) the store is exceptionally decorated and the layout is great for swift movement. Same off-​white woods and pink polka dots and pink in general, but lots more colorful lighting, massive screens playing runway shows on each floor… Screens playing more vs footage lining each escalator… The store is well lit and feels cozy and comfortable! It feels like a sexy lingerie shrine on the walls! Oh and let’s not forget CLEAN! I love how WELL KEPT this location is! So refreshing !!!
There’s no scouring piles and heaps of panties like wild scavenger boars fighting over half a dusty thong here! They keep up with the hoards!
I left this location quickly, without hassle, without headaches, and feeling sexy CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??? That you could actually feel good after leaving a VS in the city?!? Did I actually have a (dare I say it ???) GOOD TIME shopping for undies?!

Huge store right in the heart of Manhattan! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Although many tourists make up the clientele, it’s easy to get in and out of this place. Lines are relatively short and there are a ton of employees willing to help on the floor.

So crowded, its almost impossible to get something without wasting 30 – 40 minutes. And they are out of most of the stuff you need?! But its a huge store but too touristic. Not for locals who need to buy something quick.

This is a pretty great Victoria Secret location. Both floors are always kept very neat and organized despite the mad rush of tourists — on both holidays and non-​holidays.
Folks that work here are also very helpful and knowledgeable about VC’s products. I’m especially a fan of their make-​up and perfume products — VC perfumes (the ones I like anyway) smell good, are reasonably priced and good for everyday casual use when you want to save your Vera, Marc or Burberry for special occasions ;-).

Whoever set up the inefficient and insanely frustrating check-​out lines on the 2^nd floor has clearly been to hell and taken pointers.

Visited during our trip to NY. My sister couldn’t resist. Place is huge and she purchased a few things. I’m not much of a shopper and well I don’t care much for VS items but this place was worth a visit.

I hate going to VS in person because it is always crowded no matter where you go. I wouldn’t normally bother writing a review for a large chain retailer, but I’m writing one because this is definitely one of the better ones in Manhattan.
Despite its location in a touristy area and how crowded it gets, this place gets the job done if you really need to hop into a store. It’s spacious, clean, and well-​organized. Compared to other VS locations, it is much easier to find what you need without help. If you do need help, people are actually helpful (unlike some rude sales associates at the 57^th Street location).
Another thing I dread at any VS (especially over the weekend) is having to use a fitting room — I try to avoid it at all costs! I couldn’t avoid it this weekend, but the line for the fitting room moved quickly and I was able to get in and out.
Verdict: My preferred location if I have to go into a store. Not all VS are created equal!

Even though this VS secret location is kind of touristy, it still gets the job done.
First of all the convenience of this location is a slam dunk, at least 7 trains can take you here in less than 40 mins or so. The store hours are really convenient, I had to do a last minute late night run at it was open until at least 10.
What I love about this location is that I actually have fun when I shop here which is rare to say at other locations that I have been too, it is just one big playground. The music is bumpin, flat screen tvs with past fashion shows on replay, tons of staff on the floor promoting new sprays and makeup accessories. They also have lots of great promotions where if you spend a certain amount you get a free gift, and tons of secret rewards cards and coupons you could apply. I even came here for private shopping parties where you are the first one to get access to new items out and I actually won a prize!
Both floors have lingerie and underwear to basic bras and panties, and makeup and perfume on the bottom floor where the cashiers and fitting rooms are located. The top floor has a section for PINK and for pjs and athletic fit clothes like yoga pants and leggings and gym accessories.
Elsie is probably the best employee in VS that I ever met. She went above and beyond to make my shopping experience for valentines day weekend amazing. I normally don’t fit in a lot of skimpy stuff because I am a big girl, so she really found pieces that had the wow factor for every curve. She set up a fitting room for me right away and got pieces in various fabrics like lace and satin, with several sizes and colors. Anytime I rang the bell she came right away and gave me very personal and honest opinions, she also helped me put on the garments correctly too. She even helped me find accessories to go with my outfits like knee highs and stockings.
For a Friday night the lines at the cashier moved really fast and they were pretty organized. They also kept me up to date on future promotions during the month.
I can’t wait to return here to shop until I drop!

One of my favorite place in the city, especially the VS at Herald Square to be glamorous and playful.
This location has two floors with a huge varieties of classy, naughty, and stylish lingeries. Not to mention an excellent selection of fragrances, make up, as well as miscellaneous items to choose from.
Ladies don’t forget to master the art of discipline cause you can seriously overspend. Consolidate your coupons and look out for their specials.
Take advantage of their store card and you will have a special treat for free monthly. Ladies you know what I’m referring to. :-)
Love me perfume set is on high demand now and will only be around for Valentine Day 2016.
Treated myself to this lovely set and I’m absolutely in love. The smell is delicious yet seductive.

I love this location because of how enormous the store is. Three floors! I was a little disappointed because I didn’t find anything that I saw online at this location but the associates especially «Danielle O» were beyond helpful and truly knows the meaning of customer service. I didn’t find what I was looking for but I left with something that I know my man will love for Valentine’s Day thanks to the amazing help from Danille

Ask Victoria K to measure you on the first floor and then you are good to go! Shopping spree lies ahead!
There are even some sales ladies who speak french in case your english isn’t that good when it comes to lingerie vocabulary!

This store is Great although it’s filled with so many customers. You can find an associate at every corner ready to help you. Raquel was great with her customer service on 1÷8÷2016

While this is one of the busiest VS location in the city, it is one of the better locations. I’ve always had a pleasant experience here despite the unavoidable lines. There are plenty of registers which means you won’t have to wait long to check out (even though mentally you checked out, the crowd here is no joke). Every time I’ve come to browse I usually end up purchasing one or two things because the customer service is that good, yeah I know it’s marketing too (cue in some star wars meme, it’s a trap). Whatever item your looking for online, they probably will have it. That’s why if I’m looking for that certain bikini or corset, I know I can count on VS at 34^th to deliver.

My favorite location in the US. This place has all the glamour that is expected from Victoria’s Secret. It’s fun to look at the walls plastered with the models and to see the vast variety of product that they offer. Unlike any other location, this is number one!

Aside from this location always being crowded it’s my fav v. s location.
If they don’t have it no one will, their the go to of all the stores and they have some of the nicest and most helpful staff.
Went in recently and despite the crowds the associates were helpful and pleasant.
Theirs a male by the name Boully Boully, amazing customer service and listening skills. Definitely returning.

I never write reviews for large chain retailers, but have had such consistently lovely experiences at this location that I feel the need to. Three massive floors of lingerie and activewear may seem really daunting, and at times it is. However, the sales ladies working here are super friendly and the fitting rooms are really efficient.
BIANCA in specific, needs a raise, or a promotion, or something. I came in here in early November, shopping for swimwear in a size 36DD. Probably the most challenging customer to accommodate, and she was happy to help. She pulled several styles and sizes from the back that weren’t even displayed, and I was able to leave with two awesome swimsuits. The selection here is great, as is the visual merchandising. If you’re willing to brave the Herald Square crowds, this location is the one to go to.

Overpriced undies but great eye-​popping colors and designs. I still have a few ‘vintage’ VS bras and panties that have stood the test of time but they dont make them like that anymore. Its now expendable undie fashion

I have always had a great experience, and this is why I was so shocked at what took place yesterday.
Upon coming to the register, I wanted to buy some more last minute items that your store placed at the register area. Holding up the small jar of oil or lip gloss (I still do not know what it was because her response led me to forgo the additional purchase) I asked the cashier «What is this item?» For which she replied «Its written on there. Read it yourself.» I was shocked. I asked her why she was being so rude and nasty?
Then she began to belittle me and antagonize me.
I did nothing to provoke this action, and did my best to maintain self control, throughout the entire incident. At the very least, this employee needs to be retrained in customer service.

Past two trips here — great experiences. Super friendly and helpful staff. The store is beautiful with a huge selection. They have bathing suits and sportswear now.
The girls in the fitting rooms have been extremely accommodating and nice — you just ring a bell and they’ll give you their opinion or bring you an alternate size/​style.
My only complaint is that they didn’t measure me correctly… only found out by trying on different sizes that I really should go up a cup size.

Herald Square 34^th Street location contains two floors of lingerie, perfume and all things feminine. With my coupon received in the U.S. mail being a loyal online customer of many years I am entitled to one free panty. This location is always hustle and bustle busy at all times of the day and day of the week due to its prominent real estate location. Associates are helpful to direct me to the appropriate product for this specific coupon without hesitation. Deafening loud background music, the strong perfume scent floating in the air, and the overcrowd madness of shoppers made me nausea. A giant screen TV depicts runway fashion shows of models demonstrating VS lingerie of recent years. The escalator is adorned with large photographs of women in lingerie sexy playful appeal. With a strict budget due to recent major surgery I opt not to make any purchases.

This is by far one of the largest Victoria’s secrets I’ve been to. 3 floors of merchandise. Large selection of bras, panties, sports bra, lounge wear, etc etc. the only problem is some of the floor sales representatives can be a bit pushy. I argued with one about my bra size. I don’t mind if they now earn commission, but please don’t argue with me over the size of my breasts. I’ve had them for years and have boughten countless bras. I know my size, trust me. My boobs are exactly that, my boobs lol. Other than that little issue, and some of the popular sizes for new products were sold out… All in all this store served it’s purpose. Like any VS store, they get extremely busy. There is always a long line at all the registers.

The customer service is literally a hit or miss. Most likely a miss. Every one working there except for the person who helped me was unamused with life as it seems. No smiles or no helpfulness, just blobs of human standing around for a pay check.
On the bright side my new bras are fabulous.

The reality is that wearing a bra is a special form of hell usually reserved for those with two X chromosomes. Bra usage can be terrible and at times, I feel like I am wearing a straight jacket specific to my upper chest area. This is by far my favorite Victoria’s Secret location in Manhattan, since in addition to its monstrous size, it is also the place where the workers have most eased my bra-​related suffering. In the past few years, it is also the store where I have gotten the most accurate bust measurements.
In contrast to more than a dozen Vicky’s Secret stores I have been to domestically, the workers here are adept at recognizing bra shapes, styles and brands by sight such that when a worker in the dressing room told me it was fine to show her the bra I walked in wearing, I was confident in her skills. As the associate walked me to the correct shelves and handed me a brand new version of the bra I was wearing, I knew that I was walking out of that store a winner. Of course the bra I was given fit perfectly and due to the convenient bell located in my dressing room, the lovely lady came when I called for her and made suggestions as to other bras I may want to try based on my size and support needs.
I walked into this store half an hour before closing and within 20 minutes I was able to buy the three bras that will hopefully get me through the next six months. I shall likely return before the year is up and unlikes most things in life, the money spent here is well spent.

I’m a big fan of Victoria’s Secret on 34^th Street. It is a very large and nicely decorated store. It has two floors: one with women beauty products (mainly perfumes and make up cosmetics) and one full of beautiful lingerie and swimsuits. It was the later that I was interested in. Because of the season (winter) I had been unable to find an acceptable swimsuit in stores in my country before the trip to Bahamas and it was kind of my last resort shop.
The staff seemed really friendly. When I came in, they greeted me instantly and the nearest girl took me under her wings. She probably noticed my confusion due to not understanding the non-​European sizes. After that shopping was a real pleasure. I selected few pieces and went to the fitting rooms. I must say, they are very clean and prettily decorated. And I love this buzzer thing, really neat.
I always thought that VS was a really expansive store but prices weren’t that high and many clothes were on sale. I certainly didn’t overpay.

Der ultimative Laden für Dessous. Männer, ihr könnt in bequemen Sesseln warten und beäugen was eure Liebsten so vorführen. Vergesst euer Iphone oder Ipad nicht. Ich war ganze 4 Stunden auf dem Männerparkplatz. Und haltet eure Kreditkarte gut fest !!!

Einmal in der Nähe muss man unbedingt vorbeischauen und etwas schönes für untendrunter finden!
Die Verkäuferinnen sind meistens sehr sehr hilfsbereit

Victorias Secret sieht immer einladend aus, als ich im Januar dort war, außerdem sehr bunt, ob das an der Saison lag oder immer so ist, weiß ich nicht. Die Inneneinrichtung und Deko ist fantasievoll gewesen und lädt zum verweilen ein. Vielleicht ein bisschen zu mädchenhaft, zu rosa, welcher Mann geht da freiwillig rein und kauft ein Geschenk für seine Freundin?
Hier geht man nicht hin, weil man etwas braucht …
Ich war überrascht, dass es neben den sehr teuren und schönen Dessous auch günstigere, z.T. reduzierte Wäsche gab. Leider hat es dann auch in manchen Abteilungen ziemlich durcheinander und zerwühlt ausgesehen.
Qualitativ sind die Kleidungsstücke top, schöné Farben, verwaschen nicht … absolut empfehlenswert, auch wenn nur zum stöbern.
